He surprised his mother with these new couches today: This is how much they cost

Parents want to see their kids doing well, one of the reasons why they take them to school and make sure their school fees are paid. They know very well that the same children they send to school will help them when they complete their studies.

Schools are institutions that lay the foundation of a child’s development. As for education, it gives us knowledge of the world around us. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. It helps us form opinions and develop a point of view.

The information we are constantly bombarded with, cannot be converted into knowledge without the catalyst called education.

Education makes us capable of interpreting things rightly and applying the gathered information in real-life scenarios.

Because of education, Casanova bought his mother brand new couches today and they cost R48 442. He did well. God will bless him even more. He claims his mother was very happy with what he bought for her. Blessings will follow you, my boy!

It helps when the parents feel happier and more involved with their children’s education. A good connection with the school lets parents understand the curriculum better and the advancement of their children. It also helps them feel more comfortable and happier with the quality of education.

Parents are responsible for every detail of their young children’s lives, from potty training to eating fruits and veggies. When kids finally board the school bus for the first time, most moms and dads breathe a sigh of relief. Finally, you can hand off some of that pressure to someone else, knowing that a qualified teacher will make sure your child receives the education they need!

Parental support and involvement can also benefit kids of all ages at a developmental level that extends beyond academics.

Most people forget where they come from. When they are successful in life they also forget about their parents and start spending their hard-earned money on booze and other useless things. A wise man once said,”take care of home before impressing the streets”.

Nathasha Thahane made one simple call to Baleka Mbethe and got one million bursary

Nathasha Thahane made one simple call to Baleka Mbethe and got one million bursary

We know that in South Africa, many students are really struggling to be able to access proper tertiary education. We have students who are now owing huge amounts of money and they are unable to graduate because of that.

There are other people who are privileged because they are related to certain people of high power. They can get whatever it is that they want but it should not happen at the expense of ordinary South Africans. Just because you are the granddaughter of Arch Bishop Desmond Dudu does not mean you just make a simple phone call and things happen.

Just imagine the kind of response that we would have got if we as ordinary citizens had to call Baleka Mbemthe and ask for 1 million juts for tuition fees? You would have been asked who you are and that you have to follow proper procedure for applying for a bursary. They would tell you to go and apply for Nasfas.

The granddaughter of Arch Bishop Desmond Dudu Nathasha Thahane said that when she needed funding, the only thing that she did was to call Baleka Mbethe and ask for the funding, and then Baleka Mbethe then called the minister of arts and culture and from there, the rest was history just like that.

South Africans are so outraged by this and the fact that she is so proud of it and she does not see anything wrong with it is what makes people be angry. People should not want things that they can not afford period. That money that she got was supposed to go and do things that will benefit the whole community but then it had to be redirected just for her.

There is no equality in South Africa. The more you are poor the more the government makes you even poorer and ensures that you do not become a success.

Natasha got the acceptance letter in January and she was supposed to start in May 2017. Whoever was the Minister of Arts and Culture 2017 will be trending very soon. It took them less than 6 months to approve a million funding but in some cases, we are told that these things take time.

Natasha Tahane Mistakenly Exposed Baleka Mbethe on How She Gave Her The Funding of R1 Million

Natasha Tahane Mistakenly Exposed Baleka Mbethe on How She Gave Her The Funding of R1 Million

South African is mostly known for nepotism which when translated means offering opportunities only to your loved ones(could be family members and so on). If you remember well, one of the reasons why the percentage of dropouts is thus high is because of financial exclusion. Most young South Africans end up getting suspended from their respective schools became of inaccessibility to funds.

NSFAS offers up to R80 000 per year and this is due to the tuition fees and all the other applicable fees.

It is normally accepted that the government does not fund students studying in private higher institutions especially those outside South Africa as they usually are for students who are affording to pay. This week, however, Natasha Tahane exposed how the government-assisted assisted she was studying in New York with funds.

Natasha attended one of the top schools in New York and did acting studies. Throughout her years she had financial difficulties and during that time she asked Baleka Mbethe to assist her.

In a video taken from an interview with MacG, she detailed how Baleka Mbethe got her over R1 million to further her studies. This left me shocked as R1 million is a lot of money to use to fund one person with funds allocated to the department.

“Why does she directly approach Mam Baleka? Why did she not make an application like other students who desperately need funding like her?? What is really going mara…”, a social media asked.

Another user wrote the following:

“Habana and there are thousands of students who go through financial exclusion year in and year out”, he said.

Educational Assistants planning to quit in large numbers because of this

Educational Assistants planning to quit in large numbers because of this

The Presidential Youth Employment Initiative has given over 200 000 youth to gain experience by working as school assistants across schools in South Africa. A large number of people applied but only the lucky ones got the opportunity.

There is a group on Facebook, named ‘SA’s Educator and General School Assistants’. Participants share matters concerning the posts and any related issues. Those who got the opportunity keep sharing their experiences, how the life they are being treated at schools, and more.

Despite the reasonable stipend that the assistants get, some are not happy to be part of the program. Another participant went to the group saying she is not happy because she is not gaining experience in the program. Other participants flooded the comments sections as they couldn’t agree more because they could also relate. Others claim that they are being enslaved by teachers and they are not being taken seriously. Many of them are planning to quit, especially qualified teachers. They are the ones who are already fed up and it seems like they won’t endure it for the next coming four months. Below are Screenshots from the post.

UthandoNesthembu_One of the most painful episodes, MaYeni owes the country her level of candy crush

UthandoNesthembu_One of the most painful episodes, MaYeni owes the country her level of candy crush

Tonight’s episode might be the most painful episode the show has ever shown. From the very first season, Musa revealed that his main reason for a polygamous marriage was to have many children. Musa grew up with his sister Mpume and it’s very understandable that he would want his family to be bigger. However, there’s MaKhumalo who can’t give Musa children. This seems to be troubling Musa as he wants MaKhumalo to bear him children and would do anything possible for this to be a possibility but not IVF.

In tonight’s episode, Musa revealed he wanted MaKhumalo’s house to have a male child. This wasn’t received very well by the wives who have male children. However, this matter is too sensitive but how it’s being handled in the Mseleku home is insensitive.

Firstly MaKhumalo and MaNgwabe shouldn’t have been a part of this family. Musa should have discussed this matter with the wives that have male children and taken their feelings or views into consideration. However, Musa treated it as if it was nothing important and not sensitive. If anything that was said at this table caused a serious commotion amongst the wives, again Musa is the cause of the havoc in his house.

Miele couldn’t accept what was being said that she left. How Musa treats this woman is unfair, he treats her as if she were his mother. However, MaCele is only a wife and her feelings should be taken seriously into consideration. Although MaKhumalo had a valid point it wasn’t her place to speak the situation favors her and seems inconsiderate to the other women.

MaNgwabe understood it perfectly however isn’t it hypocritical that the same MaNgwabe a few weeks back said she wanted to bond with the children and won’t allow them to travel with the family transport. This remains the most sensitive issue MaKhumalo can’t have children but wants them. No parent would allow another woman to raise their child if they’re still alive. Musa is failing as a man and failing as a husband.

IVF is the only way to solve this matter, MaKhumalo wants a child of her own, one that comes from her. Fans were stunned by MaYeni who played candy crush throughout this serious discussion and demand she tells the country which level she’s in on candy crush.

Connie Ferguson’s youngest daughter Ali gets a tattoo of her father on her shoulder

Connie Ferguson’s youngest daughter Ali gets a tattoo of her father on her shoulder

There’s nothing compared to a parent’s love. No matter what anyone does it never surpass that. We love our parents and look up to them in everything that they do. That’s why losing them shatters us so much. We can’t begin to imagine our lives without them. It’s like living without breathing.

Ali Ferguson is the youngest daughter of actress, producer, and businesswoman Connie Ferguson and the late actor, producer, and businessman Shona Ferguson. It is strange saying the late, his death is one of the deaths that will still feel unreal even years later. Ali has always been laid back and not a regular on social media.

We know she adored and still adores her father. She would have fun with him all the time. Maybe the fact that she even looks like him might be even making her mourning even hard. She has gone on to have a tattoo of him done on her arm. She is joining her big sister Lesedi in getting a tattoo of him.

Top ANC Leaders Are Being Asked To Resign

Top ANC Leaders Are Being Asked To Resign

Background

It is no secret that the African National Congress had a very rough time during these local government elections. They actually broke records and made history but not the good kind. For the first time in history, they went below 50% majority during the local government elections and also started losing certain municipalities. The African National Congress decided to do a retrospect to try to figure out what really went wrong and they came to the decision that some top leaders need to resign.

Report

Fikile Mbalula who is currently the minister of transport in South Africa revealed that the ANC wants its national executive committee members to resign from the party. This is because it blames the failure of the African National Congress during these elections on these leaders. The national exertive committee is formed of the top leaders who advise many ANC branches and the main and see on what moves to take.

This then means that it is because of their advisers that the African National Congress and where did. People are supposed to fully decide whether it was the NEC that led the answer to its defeat or it was the ANC itself. There are a couple of leaders that form the National Executive Committee but Mbalula did not identify which one’s exactly was asked to resign.

Opinion

It is obvious now that a big part of the African National Congress needs a scapegoat. They can’t bear to stomach the fact that they lost the elections because they failed to cover and now I need to blame a few leaders. They must all be held accountable for what happened during the elections. Perhaps that could make the party great again.

Mama Joy Explains Why She Dumped The Buccaneers

Mama Joy Explains Why She Dumped The Buccaneers

We meet to part, despite being the hardest thing to say, people always say their goodbyes when they are going separate ways even though there is literally nothing good in goodbyes. There comes a time in life where people make the hardest decisions to separate from things they loved for years, from people they have been with for many years based on different reasons, they sit and contemplate on their decisions and finally make a decision even though it hurts and it is a hard one to make, so did the number one Orlando Pirates female supporter Mama Joy Chauke.

After having supported The Buccaneers for 20 years, Mama July has confirmed that she is leaving Pirates on Thursday and she will be joining the DStv Premiership newcomers Royal AM who are having an exciting season on their debut, they have already beaten Kaizer Chiefs with a heavy scoreline.

Speaking to Newsroom Africa, Chauke explained the reasons behind her dumping a team which she has been a supporter for 20 years, she said it is one of the most difficult decisions she has had to make her entire life, but she made it and she is not going back, she will be supporting Shawn Mkhize’s side.

“Eish, South Africans, I am here to tell you that I am leaving Orlando Pirates. Hard as it is, I am leaving Orlando Pirates I am going to Royal AM, there will be no more crossing of hands from me, but I am will from now on, I will be saying Her Majesty,” she said while signaling how she will be doing it.

Chauke also went on and explained that she is joining the KwaZulu-Natal based outfit because it is owned by a passionate woman who loves football with her heart and soul, she said what Mkhize went through when she had to go through the courts while fighting her way into the Premiership showed her that she loves soccer and would do anything to make sure that she achieved her dreams.

“I decided to join Royal AM, for me to support MaMkhize, you know Ma’Mkhize? You remember last time when she was at GladAfrica Championship, she wanted to come to the PSL, in the last day they said no, Sekhukhune has qualified and you are going to play the play-offs, it was hard for me to see another woman suffering because you could see what she was going through.

“Ma’Mkhize loves soccer, seeing her going through so much pain touched me deeply as a woman, then I heard she bought Bloemfontein Celtic, and I was like, yoh! This woman was determined to play in the PSL and she has finally achieved her dream,” she added.

The Xitsonga speaking lady further revealed that she was very passionate about Pirates, she said the team was literally in her DNa, she even went as far as painting her house with the color of Pirates’ colors after having a discussion with her daughter in law and the whole family.

She has missed only one Orlando Pirates game in 20 years, it happened in 2012 just because of a family bereavement, since then, she was ever-present in every game Pirates played until the outbreak of the Coronavirus when fans were no longer allowed to go to stadiums.
