It has been reported that a 41-year-old advanced life support paramedic from the Grobelaarsdaal EMS Station in the Sekhukhune District died as a result of domestic violence.

The officer’s husband is suspected of stabbing her repeatedly over the course of the weekend before fleeing the scene. In regards to the earlier incident, he turned himself in to the local police yesterday. It was a huge loss for the health department to lose such a hardworking and devoted individual.

It hurts that some callous individual decided to end her life so soon. The motive for the murder has not been disclosed, but inquiries are under way. I believe that reinstituting the death penalty in South Africa is the only solution to the epidemic of murders of both men and women. Some people are so vile that they have no business being in human company. Peace be with her soul, and may justice be done for her murder.

According to reliable sources close to the Sunday World, Pearl Shongwe, who works alongside Tbo Touch on Radio Metro FM’s afternoon drive, was reportedly found dead at her luxurious apartment in Johannesburg.

It is understood that she was found unresponsive face-down by her neighbours, and thus far, the cause of her death has not been determined, as she did not appear to have any bruises or injuries to suggest that they could have been foul play.

“At the moment all I can say is that no injuries were found. It appears that she might have died of natural causes. She was found lying on her bed face down,” a source revealed to Sunday World.

The 35-year old Soweto born former model, had been making huge strides on the airwaves in recent years, she made her name on the SABC’s MorningLive show on weekends, which ultimately earned her the newsreader gig when the SABC reshuffled its pack in April, as she replaced Lindi Serame.

Hundreds of pills spill across street as alleged dealer slain

A tavern owner and suspected drug peddler was gunned down on the side of the road near a cell phone shop in Qonce, formerly known as King William’s town, in the Eastern Cape on Sunday.

Hardly an hour after he was shot dead, videos of his red polo shirt-clad body lying sprawled in the pool of his own blood next to his high-end motorbike were circulating on social media.

The videos show the owner of the popular Kwa-Nozinja Lounge wearing a helmet, with an army green bag strapped to his side. A plastic bag of what looks like pills lay spilled next to his lifeless body by his left hand.

In one of the videos, voices of people in a seemingly small crowd hovering over his body can be heard arguing with each other against “taking the drugs”.

The tavern owner was arrested by the Qonce police in August and appeared in court on charges relating to drug possession after 10 sachets of tik and four full boxes of mandrax were confiscated at his home. The arrest followed the shooting of two men outside his tavern.

Police confirmed that a male biker was shot dead on Qonce’s Fleet Street at around noon yesterday and that cases of murder and attempted murder were being investigated.

“It is alleged that a group of about three unknown armed men opened fire on the 42-year-old man on Fleet Street around midday. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

“It is further alleged that a bystander, a woman, was hit by a stray bullet in the upper body and was rushed to hospital,” police spokesperson Warrant Officer Majola Nkohli said.

According to Nkohli, police seized 465 mandrax tablets, a black powder in a plastic bag and a 9mm pistol as well as an undisclosed amount of cash at the scene of the biker’s shooting.

Another tavern owner, from Dimbaza, Luthando Ntabeni, popularly known as “Mdish”, was gunned down near the Stone Towers Mall three weeks ago.

Police are urging anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects to contact a leader of the investigating team on 082 301 7762. The information may also be shared via Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or the nearest police station.

Painful A Man Reportedly Killed His Girlfriend And Then Drank Poison After She Refused To Do This

The life of a another woman has ended so badly in the hands of a man who claimed to love her. Let it be known that a person who loves you will never do anything that can put your life at risk. The cases of women who are being killed daily by their partners continues to show that people are still finding it hard to deal with problems. Instead of solving the problem peacefully they tend to use violence as a way to solve the problem and its wrong.

People definitely need to seek help before they end up killing their partners unnecessarily. It is said that the man visited his girlfriend at her home as they do not stay far from each other. Apparently he asked her to accompany him to Kimberly but she refused. Tension started when she refused to accompany him to Kimberly. This only shows that he was really abusive, if he was calm he would have solved the matter peacefully without killing her.

It is said that he stabbed her several times and rushed to his employer’s house to get help so that she can be taken to the hospital. Sadly she was confirmed dead at the scene. It is said that after she was confirmed dead, he drank poison wanting to kill himself, it’s possible that he was scared. Surely he could see that his life has ended and is being sent to jail. He is expected to appear in court soon and people have revealed that they want him to be punished.

There are no words that will be said to make it feel better. It was his duty to ensure the safety of his girlfriend not to kill her. Alleged Rapist Who Has Terrorized Women For 9 Years Allegedly Raped 93 Women

A man accused of 148 separate rapes in Ekurhuleni has pleaded guilty.

Alleged serial rapist Nkosinathi Phakathi has entered a guilty plea to 148 charges, 93 of which are for the crime of rape.

Phakathi made an appearance in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday and acknowledged to carrying out a nine-year reign of terror, during which he raped, kidnapped, and robbed a number of women, children, and other people.

On Wednesday morning, the accused entered the courthouse while balancing on crutches. However, he refused to engage with the media cameras or the staff members working in the courtroom.

Advocate Letau Kgokane, who represents Phakathi in court, was in charge of reading the defendant’s admission of guilt to the judge during a court session that took place on Wednesday morning. In it, Phakathi described in detail how he had committed the offenses.

Since 2012, it is alleged that he has targeted teenagers and children, including one who was only nine years old, in public places as well as inside their homes.

At first, he was charged with 203 offenses, but the state later dropped 55 of the less serious ones. Residents in Ekurhuleni who are outraged by the crime are pleading, with the court to deliver down a severe punishment.

Nomathemba Msiza, a worried local citizen, expressed the opinion that Phakathi ought to be isolated from society for the remainder of his life.

She stated that “we are pleading with the judge to hand down a sentence that would see him behind bars for the rest of his life and that he will not be eligible for parole.”

Phakathi was taken into custody in March of the previous year in Barcelona in Daveyton.When he tried to evade arrest, the police opened fire, hitting him in the leg with a bullet. His leg had to be amputated as a result of the injury.

According to Brian Sithole, who works for the One Strong Voice Foundation, people who are found guilty of gender-based violence and attacks on children should be subjected to the heaviest terms that are legally permissible.

According to what he had to say, “We are calling on the state to bring down a stern sentence for Phakathi that will also serve as a warning to others.”

“Women and children cannot continue to feel unsafe in their homes and while walking in the streets because there are perpetrators lurking around waiting to pounce on them,” said one activist. “This cannot continue.”

The people of South Africa are no longer comfortable with the persistent stay of Zimbabwean nationals in South Africa. Zimbabwean nationals have been staying in SA and also depriving citizens of different opportunities meant for them and this has brought about the altercation existing between Zimbabweans and SA citizens.

We would recall that Zimbabwean nationals have been asked to leave by South Africans ever since the Zimbabwe exemption permit ended in December 2021. The permit was issued to illegal immigrants from Zimbabwe to enable them live and work in South Africa for a period of four years after which there are expected to leave.

But, ever since the permit ended the beneficiaries of the permit have shown little or no interest in moving back to their country.

In an emerging report, a South African lady known as Kwena Molekwa on Twitter have chastised Zimbabweans for refusing to take responsibility for the predicaments faced by their country.

She argued that Zimbabweans would rather remain waiters, delivery guys and gardeners in South Africa than go back home to fight for the restoration of Zimbabwe.

She wondered why an activist like Hopewell Chinono would be begging grown men and women to do the right thing by going back home and register to vote in the forthcoming election.

White boy attacks black girl and this happens

A video was recently posted online of an assault that went wrong. In the video a white boy can be seen assaulting a black girl while being encouraged by his peers. The girl is visibly nervous, which is reasonable considering she is defending against a boy. The boy punches the girl, he then proceeds to swing at her as she somehow evades the punches before going underneath him to lift him up and slam him to the ground.

She jumps on top of him and proceeds to punch him in the face while he tries to block with his arms. The girl becomes frustrated by his blocking attempts so she stands up and stomps him in the head savagely. His friends push her off him as she continues to stomp him repeatedly.

It’s sad to think a group of boys stood by and took videos while a boy was assaulting a girl only to jump in when she successfully defends herself. This assaut should have never happened.

A message has been sent all people to run for their lives should they come across these three men. It is said that they escaped from jail at Tshamutumbu. Just a weeks ago seven men ran away from prison and five of them were Zimbabweans. It was said that they escaped through the window. It is believed that it was an inside job and all of them are regarded as dangerous being charged with murder. Some of them were found and arrested again.

People were left really dissapointed by the prison’s security system. It is clear that they were not doing enough to ensure the safety of people. Such people have killed others mafter escaping from jail. This time around three men ran away from jail and two of them are Zimbabweans. At this point the three men are on the run and it is making others to live in fear wondering what could happen to their lives. It’s sad that this always pose a threat to the lives of other people.

People are being advised to run for their lives the moment they see them and call the police immediately. It will be helpful so that they can be arrested again and get sent to prison. People have revealed that they are really dissapointed by the security system as they had trusted them. If they continue to fail them like this it will not end very well. On the other side people say they should be punished for this and definitely another charge will be added for what they did.

It’s people like them who are making others to feel that they can do as they please and it’s wrong. There is absolutely no one who is above the law.
