Man Goes On Trial For Gruesome Murder Of His 7-Year-Old Daughter And Her Mother

Ryan Smith who brutally killed his 7-year-old daughter and her mother last year​ is set to go on trial for his crimes.

The man strangled his daughter before drowning her in a wheelie bin that was filled with water. He then hit the child’s mother with a fire extinguisher and proceeded to stab her.

The disturbing incident took place at a student accommodation where he worked as a caretaker and also lived.

“The accused took Raynecia (his daughter) with him to one of the rooms on the premises. He proceeded to throttle her and then drowned her in a wheelie bin which was filled with water, Ms Kortje came searching for her daughter. When she entered the room where her daughter had been murdered, the accused beat her about the head with a fire extinguisher. He choked her and continued to beat her with the fire extinguisher. He then used a knife to stab her repeatedly,” stated court papers.

For the victims to find closure, they should head to court. It does not matter that they took too long to report it to to the police, but for them to be able to move on with their lives, the courts should decide.

Jub Jub will also have a chance to prove his innocence if the allegations against him are false. Furthermore, he will learn to appreciate and respect all women. Speaking ill of his former lovers is what landed him in trouble.

Jealous lover sentence is revealed

Convicted murderer, Alutha Pasile was sentenced to an effective 35-year sentence after confessing to the slaying of his law-student girlfriend, Nosicelo Mtebeni. The man was arrested in August for the murder. It was revealed that old messages he had sent to her had led to a jealous rage that led to him stabbing her and causing her death.

On his confession he revealed details of the slaying:

“I saw on her phone messages from a man saying, I love you and I miss you. I got angry and confronted her when she came out of the bedroom. I stabbed her and I pushed her back as she was fighting. I then saw that she was bleeding profusely and no longer breathing.

I was afraid to be arrested so I looked on the internet for ways to get rid of her body. I found a video talking about chopping a person’s body. I bought a saw and chopped her body up and put the pieces in a suitcase to discard. I knew that this was against the law”.

Basile’s sentences will run concurrently. Noseceni’s family was not happy with the sentence and were going to look for ways to appeal it. Paisley’s father was disappointed by his son’s actions and hoped he will learn from his actions. He also sympathized with Mtebeni’s family.

Recently the petrol price was raised by eighty-one cents. This put it at a record high and put a dent in the pockets of those looking to fill up. It was later discovered that the petrol price rise was actually a mistake and it was supposed to be raised by seventy-five cents.

While the error was fixed, the petrol price is still very high, and many South Africans who cannot afford it have to travel less. This is similar to a lockdown, where travel restrictions are placed. So I agree that while the president may not have actually put us in a lockdown, he did create a situation similar to lockdown.

Millions of people worldwide were badly affected by this virus. Yesterday South Africans were left in disbelief after the rapid increase of coronavirus cases. From eleven thousand cases that were reported on Thursday to more than sixteen thousand cases being reported than is an increase of more than six thousand cases. Yesterday were reported and only twenty people succumbed to this virus and that is really heartbreaking to their family members as death tends to leave people heartbroken.

There is absolutely nothing that can prepare a person for death. Due to this rapid increase of cases being reported daily South Africa might be taken to another Lockdown. We are amid festive seasons where many people tend to go to gatherings. We are all aware that it is really difficult to follow all regulations at gatherings as people tend to be in a happy place and pleasant moment. Maintaining social distancing gets hard for masses including the issue of wearing masks a. These gatherings will contribute to another rapid increase in coronavirus cases being reported.

If cases continue to increase the government might be forced to send the country back to national lockdown as a way to curb the spread of corona. This might affect many people in terms of their jobs. Sher captured the imagination of audiences in numerous productions with the Royal Shakespeare Company and was regarded by many as one of the finest actors to take the stage.

Sher was born in Cape Town in 1949. He left in 1968 and trained at the Webber Douglas Academy in London. He went on to make a name for himself on the global stage.
