Yesterday he uploaded a video on Instagram telling people how alcohol will kill them. People were left stunned after they noticed the number of bottles of alcohol that he has. It was a shock to many when they see his little bar inside of his house which was full of almost a hundred bottles of alcohol. Some bottles that were spotted include wines and champagne. It revealed to the masses that he really loves to drink to an extent that he would buy lots of expensive alcohol and even make a little bar for himself at his home. . Former Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni has been criticized a lot for his culinary skills and dress sense. Mboweni has been turning the other cheek when the masses were having a field day attacking him, naming him the Minister Of Tin Fish.

However, it seems that the former cabinet minister has heard enough of the jokes about him, and has decided to put a stop to it, by making an example of one of South Africa’s favorite celebrities, Skhumba.

South African comedian Skhumba has joined the long list of Mboweni’s critics who want him to stop cooking and has made fun of Mboweni’s attire during his radio show.

In September this year, Mboweni had sleepless nights due to Skhumba’s remarks and he decided to change his dress code after he was a talk of the town during Skhumba’s show.

Calling him a jester, which he is, Mboweni took to Twitter to demand Skhumba’s contact details, citing that he has heard enough of his disrespect and intends to teach him a lesson that he will not easily forget.

It appears that Mboweni has managed to find the comedian, and has threatened to deal will him, citing that he wants him to leave his cooking and shoes alone.

Public’s Comments

The masses are telling Mboweni that he is too old for what he is doing, that he should rather focus on getting a job than attacking everyone that is making fun of him.

Some are mocking the minister, saying that he should cook for Skhumba as punishment.

Author’s Opinion

Mboweni is giving Skhumba more ammunition to use against him. Comedians make fun of everyone and they get paid for it. Even former President Jacob Zuma and EFF leader Julius Malema were mocked by Trevor Noah but they laughed along.

Perhaps Mboweni will sue Skhumba for defamation of character? Was his reputation damaged due to Skhumba’s jokes? But a joke is nothing like spreading rumors to destroy one’s reputation.

The minister hates jokes and has no sense of humor. Especially when he is in the center of it all.

One wonders how this will unfold but Mboweni has to let it go. It is not that deep.

RIP: TV star dies of cancer

Johannesburg- Death has struck again in the entertainment industry as the 30 years old reality TV star has sadly died on Wednesday morning.

The star had been battling cancer and was going through treatment. There were hopes that she was going to pull through and recover. Unfortunately, death took over

Johannesburg- Real Housewives of Johannesburg season one reality star Naledi Willers has passed on after a long battle with cancer.

We have lost some celebrities to cancer even when they were on chemotherapy but death just takes them when they are starting to recover.

This year has to be the worse as we have lost many celebrities to death, some were ill and others died after being involved in a car accident.

This morning we learned with shock that the Real Housewives of Johannesburg star, Naledi Willers passed away after a long battle with cancer. It was confirmed this morning on Wednesday (8 November).

Real housewives of Johannesburg co-star, Christall Kay confirmed the sad news of the passing of Naledi to a publication, Sunday world.

“My sincere condolences to her family and friends. I remember her as a bold beauty that never shyed away from a challenge,” she said.

The producer of Real Housewives, Sonia Mbele also sent out her condolences to Naledi’s family.

“I personally can’t believe she’s gone. She was such a fighter that I somehow thought she’d conquer and come out on the other side being a survivor, however, God always has other plans. I know her soul is finally resting at peace,” she said.

Naledi was diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer in 2019 and she shared the news on her social media.

“If I look like I’ve just been through war, it’s because I have. On 29 November 2019, I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer. This was also the day I wrote the last exam of my law degree… while waiting for the call bearing my results,” she wrote.

We have had other celebrities dying after contracting cancer. Veteran newsreader, Xolani Gwala passed away after battling this illness for years. Legendary actor, Neteshe Mukodi also passed on this year after having this illness too.

It is reported that those people go around carrying firearms and using them on people most of the time they enter homes and hold everyone hostage until they get whatever they want, they also go to shops and hold them shopkeepers at gunpoint and start demanding whatever that is been sold in those shops including money.

South African citizens are not happy with this and they are now saying foreign nationals should go back to their homes because it is not nice to have a person who’s more like a visitor terrorizing you. The worst part is that most of the Crime that is done in South Africa is being committed by foreign nationals, and this is not something that South Africans are just guessing but something that we have been seeing over the years.

Amanda Du Pont and MacG exchange explosive letters: It’s WAR

It’s a war between MacG and Amanda Du Pont. Both parties have taken matters to their lawyers now.

On Monday, MacGee’s lawyers wrote a letter to Amanda Du Pont, demanding that she apologizes for painting MacGee as a r*pist. Macy’s attorney demands by end of today that Amanda du Pont should have apologized publicly and retracted references to him seen by millions on her social media accounts, who now “view and label [him] as a r*pist and abuser” and so “gravely undermining” his reputation. If Amanda does not apologize, further action will be taken against her.

Amanda du Pont has responded to MacG via her attorney and made it categorically clear she will NEVER apologize for how he featured in her video remarks. In an explosive letter of response, Amanda says MacG’s laughter and word choices as a podcaster amount to both civil and crimen insure against her.

She has argued that the choice of words like “smashed”, worsened by laughter from MacG, demeaned and degraded her in particular and women more generally. If MacG was against gender-based violence, he would neither want to hush her story and he would have taken that triggering video down, Amanda argues.

She concluded by saying that MacG is “a nobody” to her, she has no interest in his roundtable meeting requests. In Amanda’s opinion, MacG is purely motivated by the need to ensure his financial interests and not genuine consideration for gender-based violence victims. She will take action against Jub Jub and him.
