Herman Mashaba loses Vytjie Mentor

Herman Mashaba is the last hope for some people. His party didn’t do well as most of us, expected due to the fact that it enjoyed media coverage more than any other party. Though Herman Mashaba was not in Parliament radio stations gave him much media coverage when it came to important issues in the country.

The good thing is both vytjie and makhosi were NOT the part of ACA formation team. They came to join I guess seeking positions. They could find them now the leaving…their political careers are over they must just go start food banks in their areas

Vytjie Mentor has from Kimberly. She is best known for her days in the ANC where she said some stuff about ANC leadership during the time of Zuma which was proven not right.

NPA Drops Bombshell About 2nd Docket That Implicates Kelly Khumalo

NPA Drops Bombshell About 2nd Docket That Implicates Kelly Khumalo

NPA says the second docket in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has no merit, as soon as this came on social media many people were quite shocked that the National Prosecuting Authority would even take this stance considering how clear it is that the people in the house were witnesses.
The general public at large really needs those who are inside the house to come forward and testify, this definitely shocked a lot of people and now they’re asking for answers.

The NPA says that Docket 375 was an internal opinion from a junior advocate that has no merit, however, the fact that this advocate was a Junior doesn’t say much. The fact that the top advocates did not recognize the connection, between the presence of witnesses during the murder as seriously questionable is concerning.

Khumalo has been quiet all this time and not questioned as to why she hasn’t been called to testify, however, the members of the public have always asked for her to come forward and testify along with her family member so that we can get clarity of the events of that day.

Now that the second docket has surfaced she suddenly has a voice to say that she should have been the one to testify, but the matter is that the NPA seems to be siding with them and it makes one wonder if the NPA is making the right decision.

This proves how lazy our law enforcements are, it takes 8 years to find out who shot Senzo Meyiwa, and not only that but we still don’t know because people are denying involvement.

It was gonna take a good investigation team 3 days to solve this if they had locked up all of the suspects that were found on that scene, they would have had to transfer them to a different prison while they are awaiting trial or investigation.

They were also supposed to be interrogated, and they would have probably confessed the truth about the real killer. The only way forward here is to bring those who were inside the house to tell the nation who pulled the trigger on that, this is incredibly interesting.

Meyiwa murder trial| Attorney says Kelly Khumalo should have done this first. Read the following

Meyiwa murder trial| Attorney says Kelly Khumalo should have done this first. Read the following

JOHANNESBURG – Kelly Khumalo’s attorney argues that she should have testified first in the Senzo Meyiwa trial.

Magdalene Moonsamy asserts that as an eyewitness, Khumalo would have described what transpired the night Meyiwa was fatally shot, as well as whether the five men currently on trial are the correct suspects.

The defense team of four men accused of murdering former Bafana Bafana goalie Senzo Meyiwa stated that they would file a case of thwarting the objectives of justice against the attorney representing singer Kelly Khumalo.

After Khumalo was implicated in Meyiwa’s killing, the decision to file criminal charges against Moonsamy was influenced by comments she gave to several media outlets.

Meyiwa was shot on 26 October 2014 at Khumalo’s home in Vosloorus, Boksburg.

Muzikawukhulelwa S’Tembu Sibiya, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonke Maphisa and Fisokuhle Ntuli were charged with the murder.

On Wednesday, the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria heard that a defense witness would testify that Khumalo accidentally shot Meyiwa with a handgun that Longwe Twala had brought to the house.

This was said during the cross-examination of the State’s first witness, Sergeant Thabo Mosia, by attorney Malesela Teffo, who represented four of the defendants.

Following Teffo’s courtroom bombshell, Moonsamy gave many interviews to various media outlets.

Moonsamy stated to News24 that they doubted the existence of a purported eyewitness.

Moonsamy said:

These are merely allegations made by an unidentified eyewitness.

“We need to know based on facts, not speculation, and if that’s the case, why weren’t people who were in the house called to testify to compare the evidence against their account or [the] statement?”

Moonsamy further stated that legal action would be taken.

TT Thobane, Teffo’s instructing attorney, told journalists on Thursday that he would be charging Moonsamy with undermining the ends of justice.

“Whatever she intends to do is an attempt to endanger our witnesses. This amounts to subverting the purposes of justice “Thobane stated.

Thobane could not specify what Moonsamy stated that could be construed as a threat to defense witnesses or as an attempt to subvert the administration of justice.

He just stated:

Whatever she stated, witnesses are intimidated. If you want to file a lawsuit against someone and that person must appear as a witness, do you believe that person will appear?

He stated that he would file a complaint with the Legal Practice Council against Moonsamy.

Prior to this, attorney Zandile Mshololo, who represents one of the defendants, was cross-examining Mosia, looking through all the evidence he gathered when he arrived at the scene.

Mshololo focused on the fact that Mosia did not collect fingerprints or DNA from the door that the suspect allegedly used to enter the residence.

A Man who Stole Cyril’s money opened a criminal case in Alberton in 2015. After this happened to him

A Man who Stole Cyril’s money opened a criminal case in Alberton in 2015. After this happened to him

The Namibian man who is suspected of stealing millions of dollars worth of property belonging to President Cyril Ramaphosa is in fear for his life and wants to leave South Africa. According to two persons with knowledge of the situation, Imanuwela David, who is a national of Namibia and also has citizenship in South Africa, was still in the country but described his situation as “extremely perilous.”

According to them, he wishes to leave the nation but requests assistance so that he won’t be discovered. See the source image

A source said:

He has told several people in the club circles that he wants to leave South Africa and change his name. He has also stated that he wants to change his appearance. I have no idea if anyone has reached out to help him yet, but he is concerned about his safety in the country. He has offered to pay for his own freedom, despite the fact that he still possesses some money.

Based on the information that was gathered for this article, David appears to be a man who has never been convicted of a severe crime in this country.

According to the documentation available, he is currently jobless and resigned from his positions at both a security firm and a lubrication company in 2019.

David was never arrested for any violent crime, but he was himself a victim of housebreaking in March of 2009, according to a report that was generated by the police crime administration system (CAS), which is utilized by the South African Police Service to keep track of all crimes committed in the country for the purposes of record-keeping and statistics. In relation to these allegations, he filed a criminal complaint at the Middelburg Police Station in Mpumalanga.

The system also shows that he was badly beaten in November 2015, while he was reportedly living in Alberton, Gauteng. He subsequently filed charges of assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm as a result of the attack.

Despite this, David has had a few run-ins with the law. He has been arrested at least three times for alleged public drinking and for driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as for reckless and negligent driving, although he has not been found guilty of any of these charges.

The complaint that was lodged against Ramaphosa by Arthur Fraser, a former director-general of the State Security Agency, based on the alleged theft of at least $4 million (R60 million) from his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo, was reportedly closed at the Rosebank Police Station in Johannesburg. This is according to the CAS. See the source image

The file has been archived in Rosebank, and it will now be maintained at the Bela-Bela Police Station. According to a source within the security cluster who has access to the CAS system, the system displays that an investigating officer has not yet been assigned to the case. Although Ramaphosa has publicly conceded that money was stolen from his farm, he asserts that the sum was “much, much less” than the $4 million that was reportedly taken.

According to the allegations, David had a romantic connection with one of the farm’s domestic workers, and it was she who tipped him off about the existence of the cash. Then, according to the allegations, he carried out the heist with his cohorts, who were residents of the Syferkuil informal settlement, which was located nearby. According to information obtained by City Press, David attempted to evade Ramaphosa’s tailing investigators by paddling a canoe across the Orange River into Namibia on June 12, 2020, which was four months after the alleged burglary. However, he was apprehended shortly afterward at an upscale complex in Windhoek.

As a result of the controversy surrounding David’s detention in Namibia, charges have been made that Ramaphosa may have abused his authority in order to arrange the arrest, and some people have accused Namibian President Hage Geingob of conspiring with his South African counterpart. On the other hand, Geingob condemned what he called “slanderous claims and insinuations” in a lengthy statement that he published on Friday. President Cyril Ramaphosa is accused of violating the Prevention of Organised Crime Act by allegedly not reporting the robbery at his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo to cops.

According to the statement, “the charges that President Geingob inappropriately exploited his office to assist President Ramaphosa have absolutely no reality.” Geingob has also officially disputed allegations that he engaged in any illicit activity. Geingob stated that the apprehension of suspects in Namibia was a constitutional and statutory obligation of members of the Namibian Police Force. According to Geingob, members of the Namibian Police Force are “required to accomplish an arrest if it is deemed suitable and necessary.”

House Maid Narrates How Evil Indian Couple Force Her To Watch Them Doing The Unthinkable Act

A lady who had a horrible experience while working as a housemaid in Saudi Arabia recounts her tale and offers guidance to other women who are considering working as housemaids overseas. Marion worked as a housemaid in Saudi Arabia for an Indian couple. Her employers were from India.

She said that while the Indian couple paid them handsomely, they were treated like animals by them. She alleges that anytime they accidentally destroyed anything in the home, such as glass glasses, they would be burned and given a flogging at the same time. Marion said that she and her partner had plans to have sexual get-togethers at their house on the weekends, inviting their friends to participate.

They will yell for all of the maids to rise up and watch them do the deed in front of everyone. After they had satisfied their own needs, they would next request that the other person clean up the mess they had made. Marion has said that she is so devastated that she can no longer put up with being psychologically tormented.

Marion said that she would rather have a low wage but be respected and treated like a human being than being given a high salary and be treated like an animal. She has decided to restart her job search and is willing to accept a wage that is below average.
