This came after the video that went viral on social media where the tenants were attacked, the suspects broke the doors of the residence and forced themselves in, they are reported to have abused two women and fired gunshots inside the house of one of the women who was absent in her room. One man sustained a head injury during the attack, the landlord was showing the actions of delegates who visited her. actions is a newly formed political party led by the former mayor of the city of Johannesburg Herman Mashaba, Herman is one leader who is completely against illegal immigration, Mashaba has vowed to do away with the illegal people and secures the country’s borders if he comes out victorious in the upcoming local government elections. South African authorities have long abandoned the country’s borders, thus people are coming in and out of the country as they please. There’s nothing xenophobic about criticizing the foreigners who are committing crimes in South Africa, a foreigner is someone who was not born a South African citizen, the Europeans, the Asians, and Americans are all foreigners. The African foreigners always hide behind the European foreigners whenever the south Africans are calling for their deportation due to their behavior. None of the African foreigners has spoken out against the crimes committed by their fellow countrymen and women in South Africa, until such time that the South Africans are taking matters into their own hands, the foreigners will be tagging the global organizations like the United Nations calling for help. After such a long time attending the trial of Rosemary finally her fate has been decided it has been sealed behind bars she was charged for multiple murders of about 6 people and those people were her relatives her own family it was revealed that she murdered them so that she could benefit from the funeral policy so that she could get the money.

How long will she be in prison?
It was decided that she will be imprisoned for a lifelong sentence, meaning that her days to live will determine how long she will be behind bars, she will only come out of jail after death. She will not come out a living, but as a dead person, so this means that she will indeed rot in jail for the murders she had done.

All of that comes after the court found Nomia Ndlovu guilty on 6 counts of murder.

Nomia was also found guilty of fraud, defeating the ends of justice and incitement of murder.

Nomia Ndlovu is expected to return to court on the 5th of November for her sentencing.

During the court case today, there were a lot of things that were mentioned by the judge as evidence against Nomia.

One of the main things that the judge talked about is the evidence that was brought forward by the hitman that was sent to kill Nomia’s mother.

Before reading the judgement of Nomia, the judge mentioned that the evidence they have against Nomia Ndlovu has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Opinion:

Nomia’s case has been obvious to many people after that video that was shared online whereby she was talking with unidentified men in a private car.

Some things that were said about her were really traumatizing and shocking and they are all very far from being understandable.

The behaviour that Nomia Ndlovu has been showing when attending her court cases were really questionable for many people.

In this screenshot, there is a guy named Saki who is swearing at Mbali, telling her that she was going to spend the next day in a hospital while he was going to jail. He promised her that he would make sure Mbali would not get to write the exam. He said he is going to be a prisoner because of her and when he comes out of jail, Mbali will be his employee for the rest of her life. He also told Mbali that he is at the age where he can make a sacrifice.

The guy’s photos were also shared on Twitter and people believe that he has psychological issues.

Baloyi Louis says Mbali was his student at Leondale High School. He says she had this bubbly character which he believes will never be erased from their memories.

I believe that Mbali’s perpetrator deserves to be dealt with by the law. A person like him does not deserve to be granted bail because he seems like someone who cannot handle his anger and jealousy. He does not deserve to be around innocent people. May Mbali’s soul rest in peace.

The 36 years old Zimbabwean was seen while training with Zimbabwe’s second-tier football team Simba Bhora, which is owned by a relative of Tendai called Simba Ndoro.

The owner of the club did confirm that Tendai was very sick and now he is with the club, trying to pick up his life, adding that they have a team doctor who is also helping assist him to fully recover from the illness.

“I am related with Tendai, we are both Ndoros and he is with the club as he is recovering from a very serious ailment. He is in camp with us and I felt he needed a place where he could get some fresh air while recovering from his illness,” explained Simba Ndoto.

Ndoro was once the hottest Striker in South Africa’s PSL during his time with Orlando Pirates, after that stint he just disappeared from the scene. We wish him a speedy recovery

Recalling back in July 2021, several arrests were made by the HAWKS and the NPA in charge. People were arrested for inciting violence and insurrection. South Africa was burning down after masses were angered by the arrest of Jacob Zuma. Everything went bad, and millions of rands were lost, as buildings were demolished. People died, and jobs were also lost. There were people who were the mastermind, and planning to initiate a coup and sabotage the current ANC leadership. Everything was the consequence of the ANC faction and it was seen publicly. The tension within the ANC is the reason why people used Jacob Zuma’s arrest as a scapegoat to sabotage Ramaphosa and his leadership. Several people including Ngizwe Mchunu and Zamaswazi Majozi were arrested, in connection with inciting violence.

A pre-trial meeting has been scheduled for the case against alleged riot instigator Ngizwe Mchunu on January 31, 2022. On Thursday, the former Ukhozi FM radio DJ appeared in Randburg Magistrates Court on a charge of incitement to conduct public violence and a contravention of the Disaster Management Act.

Mchunu, a fervent supporter of former President Jacob Zuma, is suspected of being one of the masterminds behind the violent riots that erupted in areas of KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng in July. His case was adjourned until the state’s investigations were completed.

Phindi Mjonondwane, a spokesperson for the South Gauteng National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), said the state-required more time to finish some of its investigations before proceeding with the case. “As the NPA, we are unable to comment on ongoing investigations on the basis of principle.” “Those investigations will be used in court as evidence,” Mjonondwane stated.

Mchunu allegedly utilized social media platforms and a press conference to plead for Zuma’s release after he was arrested for contempt of the Constitutional Court, according to the NPA. Mchunu reportedly threatened that if Zuma was not released, the country would descend into chaos. In September, former national commissioner of correctional services Arthur Fraser reversed the Medical Parole Advisory Board’s decision to keep Zuma in prison and released him on medical parole.

Mchunu was escorted to court by armed bodyguards and a group of men that included Bonginkosi Khanyile, a former Fees Must Fall activist.
