Lesedi FM has proven again that it’s the best radio station in the country after receiving the fourth position of the most listened station in the country, were the Sabc has realized a report on Friday how the work that all their station is doing and this has shown that they are a room for improvement.

Ukhozi FM is leading the standings with a 7million listenership which has made things clear that the station is wiring every day to make sure that they get more listeners on their station.

KwaZulu-Natal is one of the biggest provinces in the country where many people are living.

There’s a lot of work that the station has to do so that they can claim the first spot of the most listened to station.

This means they had to reach out to all provinces in the country and market their Sotho language.

The station is based in Bloemfontein we’re many presenters are come from Qwaqwa in the Free State and a few are coming to Vaal.

Lesedi FM has been winning many awards during the times of Chomane Chomane in the station and the departure of Lefa Pheto might be affecting their ratings as well.

A celebrity who recently donned colors of a political party is a reality TV star and award-winning producer, Lebo M.

The media personality has been campaigning for Herman Mashaba’s party, actions.

Speaking to Daily Sun, Lebo said he has always had political interests and explained why he decided to join Herman’s party.

“I made a conscious decision to support Mashaba as a desperate need to participate in bringing about dignity to our nation. I am exhausted with the level of crime and chaotic corruption in our current dispensation that has become globally embarrassing to most of us who have to answer on behalf of the country,” he said.

Lately, more and more media personalities are joining politics. When asked if this has become a trend or he truly believes that they can use their influence to bring change.

Lebo told Daily Sun they are just being responsible citizens.

The past two years have been very difficult for artists since the pandemic hit our shores and have been sharing their struggles, asking the government for assistance.

But Lebo shared that it has only just made public knowledge, they have been struggling for decades.

“From inception post-1994, the arts and entertainment sector and culture have never been a priority to a respectable degree domestically and/or globally in South Africa. Embarrassing, given the talent and resources available,” he shared.

He also shared that he is optimistic and believes that actions will win.

“We need new energy and direction. We need bold and decisive leadership,” he said.

When asked about music and whether we are getting a second season of his tongue-wagging reality show, Lebo M said: “I will focus on those post-elections. My priority right now is my responsibility to be an active citizen and the new commitment I made to the public through actions.”

Idols SA Judge: Kelly Khumalo Joins Unathi Nkayi and Randall Abrahams

AFTER many calls by the fans of the show, this coming Sunday award-winning musician Kelly Khumalo will be part of Idols SA.

The songstress, who has become a household name in Mzansi, will be a guest judge on the show joining resident judges Unathi Nkayi and Randall Abrahams.

According to Idols SA, they chose Kelly, who they described as unpredictable, because of her amazing track record as a musician which makes her a fitting guest judge for Idols SA.

Previously, stars like Lady Du, Prince Kaybee, and Oskido appeared on the show as guest judges.

The Queen actor SK Khoza (Shaka) gets side chick pregnant. beats up girlfriend Mandy for questioning him

The Queen actor Sthembiso “SK” Khoza is under fire after he has been accused of being a woman-basher by his now ex-fiancée Ayanda “Mandy” Hlongwane.

Shaka as he is popularly known seems not to be taking his acting skills to real life. In what appears to be a case of life imitating art, Khoza – who plays the role of bad boy Shaka Khoza on Mzansi Magic drama The Queen – cannot shed his on-screen image.

This is the second time he has been in trouble with the law this year (though on separate matters) and his third court case since featuring on a prime-time TV show.

The publication has learned that Hlongwane opened a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm against him at the Fourways Police Station last weekend.

National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane said the actor was released on bail following his court appearance on Wednesday.

“Bail was fixed at R1 000. His next court appearance is on October 27,” she said.

However, Khoza denied that he was in court this week.

“Can I please have the name and number of the person you spoke to so that I can call them and ask them about the case?” he asked, before hanging up.

Hlongwane declined to comment.

The Kempton Park-based beauty accused Khoza of using her as a punching bag after she questioned him about allegedly impregnating another woman while they were planning their wedding.

“The physical abuse happened while they were still together. Her face was bruised by the beatings she took when she found out he had got another girl pregnant and questioned him about it,” said a source close to the couple.

“Instead of answering her about the other girl’s pregnancy, he beat her up. That’s why they broke off their engagement.”

Another source close to Hlongwane alleged the incident had taken place at the couple’s apartment in Fourways, Johannesburg, last Friday.

“SK trashed furniture in the process. He hit her and bruised her face,” said the individual.

Khoza asked Hlongwane to marry him during a 37-minute Instagram live video in December in front of thousands of his fans, whom he had asked to help him pop the question.

After she had accepted the proposal, Khoza said: “I’ve never met anybody who inspires me or loves me as much as Mandy, and I love her like crazy! I can genuinely say that I’m in love.”

However, their romance seemed to die down a few months later, when the Kings of Jo’burg actor released a public apology for verbally abusing his fiancée in July.

Khoza took to his Instagram page once more and admitted to being abusive towards Hlongwane because he bottled things up and took his frustrations out on her.

“Keeping things that break your spirit and hurt you inside isn’t always a good thing.

“I’ve come to realize that I’ve done so and I ended up not realizing that I was taking it out on my fiancée, Mandy Hlongwane,” the star said.

“Whenever I talked about what was affecting me, I didn’t address it in a calm manner and, in turn, I didn’t see that I was hurting her. In a way, I was being emotionally abusive towards her.”

The pair called off their engagement shortly afterward and deleted each other’s pictures from their respective social media pages.

Hlongwane also deleted her popular bio, which read: “Fiancée of SK Khoza.”

In July, the actor and his sister Nonkululeko were wanted by the police in Midrand for allegedly assaulting a cashier at a garage in Waterfall.

Sifiso Ngcobo reported the pair to the police, alleging that the TV star had insulted her, and his sister had hit her in the face with a scanner during an altercation over the packaging of a bouquet of flowers he had bought from the garage.
