She gained fame during her time in the soap opera Generations, the drama came to an end in 2014, that’s when her fame was reduced a bit because we could no longer see her on our screens.

Sophia Lichaba is our idol and it hurt us deeply to see her life going around without a direction, Sophie was spotted losing weight, with bad hair, people assume that she suffers from diabetes, she is our idol diabetes or no diabetes, we will always admire her for her acting skills.

I can say that Sophie Ndaba made her life through acting, people could try and imitate her trend “hello darling” at home. Generations got the level it was at when it ended by the likes of talented actors like her, Sibusiso Dlomo, Kenneth Mashaba, Dineo Mashaba, and others.

Hard Lockdown expected: President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to address the nation today

Hard Lockdown expected: President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to address the nation today

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to address the nation today following the NCCC meeting which has sparked speculation of a hard Lockdown.

Health Minister Joe Phaahla said that the discovery of the new B.1.1.529 covid variant is growing faster than expected, this comes after a huge day of South African people gathered in numbers in Malls for black Friday deals.

More numbers of people infected by this new variant Omicron have been reported and are growing fast because people no longer follow covid-19 rules. People were gathered in numbers at the mall with no social distance and some were not even wearing musk.

Tonight president Cyril Ramaphosa will be forced to take us to level 5 of Lockdown to save the lives of our families and friends. Even though the decision will be hard, from an economic point of view, South Africa cannot afford another Lockdown. Our country is currently experiencing financial difficulties due to the economic staleness of the 2020 hard Lockdown.

There is a high possibility of provincial traveling because this new variant is not yet identified in many provinces and to stop it from spreading to other provinces is to stop traveling.

People think Cyril Ramaphosa must leave them because they were also enjoying elections and no one stand in their way, now because they are done with elections and gathered in shopping centers is a problem.

People around Gauteng are advised to be more careful as this new variant hits the place most. Scientists even confirmed that this new Omicron variant is more powerful than the covid-19 vaccines. There is a high possibility of people taking another new vaccine as is expected. The current one is reported as powerless to this new variant and people may be required to take the new one, even though is not yet known how long it will take to reach that new vaccine.

However, people are still advised to get vaccinated even though the Omicron is more powerful than the current vaccine, but chances of surviving when you’re vaccinated they’re there.

On your thoughts, do you think People should continue vaccinating while knowing that there is a high possibility of them taking another new vaccine?

Do you also think is a good idea for the president to take us to level 5 of Lockdown?. Your thoughts will be highly appreciated.

Actor Sello Maake KaNcube Now Broke?

Actor Sello Maake KaNcube Now Broke?

You probably remember him as Archie Moroka from Generations, and if not, you have probably seen him in countless other shows and films. Sello Maake KaNcube was recently covered as one of Mzansi’s richest actors, but now it seems like the legendary actor is in financial trouble.

According to Sunday World, the actor is going through legal drama with his ex-wife Palesa Mboweni, whom he was married to for less than a year. Their divorce agreement stipulated that Sello would settle Palesa’s legal fees, and pay her an undisclosed amount regularly as spousal support. She was also supposed to sell him her share of the house they bought together in Soweto.

But now, as the publication reports, he is allegedly struggling to come up with the money required of him. Supposedly, he has stated that he is out of work and as such, has not been making any good money of his own. He is being financed by his wife, so he will not be able to pay Palesa as discussed.

Sello and Palesa reportedly had a very toxic marriage, which is why it ended as quickly as it did. According to the actor, Palesa had cleared his closet and given away all his clothes, then set two of his cars ablaze. He said that she also shut him out of their house. Eventually, he figured the relationship was too toxic for his liking, so he filed for a divorce.

This revelation couldn’t have come at a worse time, as Sello is just newly married. He and his new wife Pearl Mpho Mbewe just recently tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Ethiopia. The two have not been shy about expressing their affection publicly, and often post pictures of them together, celebrating their love.

But it looks like the universe just won’t let the motivational speaker have it all. In fact, it is surprising that he would say he is currently out of work thus broke because he is certainly one of the country’s OG actors.

He has an extensive acting portfolio and has even been in international films in Canada and the United States. He also recently launched a podcast. Does this news mean that his career is not going as well as we thought?

It may also mean that Pearl’s career is going great. She is an ANC official, so that may be why she is capable of supporting her husband at a time he is struggling. Good on her.

If the reports are true, then it’s quite unfortunate that the actor is in financial distress. We hope things get better for him soon. He is a magnificent actor and shouldn’t have a hard time getting back on screen, if that’s his goal.

Watch: Kelly Khumalo Wants To Take Care Of President Cyril Ramaphosa

Watch: Kelly Khumalo Wants To Take Care Of President Cyril Ramaphosa

Kelly Khumalo is a woman of many talents. She is a singer, dancer and actress. Today, she adds one new title to her portfolio: comedian.

The Empini hitmaker took to her Instagram to hit up President Cyril Ramaphosa for an opportunity to take care of his skin.

Recording a video, Kelly said she had woken up to check the news, as she usually does, and saw the Kenyan President with Ramaphosa in a picture where the former congratulated South Africans for a mature democracy. But being the beauty queen that she is, she immediately noticed a big “tshubaba” on our president’s forehead.

She continued that the burn is very concerning. She continued that he is either not putting on sunblock, or the stress of running the country is wearing him down and ruining his skin.

Then her business and marketing skills came in, as she dropped her shameless plug. She told the president not to worry, though, because she has a solution. All he has to do is give her a call, and she will have Kelly Khumalo skin delivered to him immediately.

Social media users are tickled by the video. From the accent she uses to the fact that she calls him “Mr President, my sweet”, to her implication that the stress had given Ramaphosa a burn. She has undoubtedly made our morning today.

But if you think about it, that was actually a brilliant marketing strategy by the singer. She has used humour to draw people in, and in the same video, has plugged her products and explained their benefits.

Fans immediately started tagging President Ramaphosa in the video, so in addition to the humour she brought to our timelines today, this might actually turn out to be a successful promotion. Her followers are saying that her brand has just gone presidential, and we agree. I, for one, cannot wait to see a video of the president telling us he uses Kelly Khumalo Skin. Now that would make our day.

Her sense of humour is just one of the reasons Kelly Khumalo is widely loved in SA. She is an amazing singer, and one of her most famous songs, Empini, just recently reached 11 Million views on YouTube alone. She was very honoured and emotional about the great honour it meant, and we can only imagine how many other streams the song got outside of YouTube.

Fans showed how much love they have for the talent when they gave her a sweet rendition of the birthday song during her recently concluded birthday tour.

For now, we wait to see whether the president will take her up on her sweet offer. We stan a focused businesswoman!

List: actors who were fired from Generations for bad behavior

Generations creator Mfundi Vundla is known for firing actors. In recent years he has fired several actors for bad behavior. In 2014 he made all sorts of headlines when he fired s star-studded cast of 16 actors after they down tools for better working conditions.

The saga even headed for courts, and COSATU weighed into the matter as it supported the fired cast to voice their concerns against rouge showrunners. In the wake of that, he has also fired other actors for poor working ethics. Here is a list of actors who were fired from Generations for their bad behavior.

Katlego Danke

She was one of the actresses who wagged war against Generations showrunners back then in 2013. In 2014 she was fired alongside other 15 actors for downing tools. The actress was said to be a bad apple, and the showrunners had to let her go. Since her exit, she has been winning big. Currently, she stars as Thathi on Mzansi Magic’s drama series Gomora.

Sophie Ndaba

Shocking: Actress Mona Monyane Mourns Death Of Her Baby

Actress Mona Monyane has penned a heartfelt tribute to her late daughter Amani-Amaza Wamazulu.

Amani died four years ago but the pain of losing her will forever linger in her mother’s heart. Taking her Instagram account, the actress posted a picture of her holding her baby shortly after she gave birth to her and paid tribute to her. She said at first she did not understand but now she is well. She thanked her for giving her the strength to heal from her passing. At first, I did not understand…
4 years later… I AM well.

Thank you for giving me the strength you did
The awakening you did
The self-love you did

Thank you for healing me in the midst of all that pain.

Thank you for being a part of me, eternally.
I will continue to be the best version of me for the whole world to see
Because of you.

I love you forever my sweet.

Amani ya juu🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

“At first I did not understand…4 years later… I AM well. Thank you for giving me the strength you did. The awakening you did. The self-love you did. Thank you for healing me in the midst of all that pain,” she wrote.

She also thanked her for being part of her life. “Thank you for being a part of me, eternally. I will continue to be the best version of me for the whole world to see. Because of you. I love you forever my sweet.”

Amani died in 2017, just seven days after she was born. When the actress announced her pregnancy she received major backlash on social media. Tweeps dragged her for getting pregnant a few months after giving birth to her firstborn. Some even said it was early for her to have another bun baking in the oven.

The actress came out with guns blazing to slam those who had opinions about her pregnancy. “This one is for the ladies who have opinions about when other women can or cannot have children. Eh, is this not my vagina? Did I loan my vagina from you?” she asked.

Opening up publicly about her daughter’s passing for the first time on YouTube with Wendy Ntinezo, Mona said she chose to keep it to herself because of the criticism she received on social media when she was pregnant with Amani.

“What happened, that I have not made public, is the death of my second child. I chose not to because the pregnancy already was under so much criticism and I found myself having to defend one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced and that’s motherhood,

“When seven days later my baby passes in my arms, I’m sitting there and I am like, ‘okay, what’s going on?’… It was very sudden. Again, when you speak of spirituality and knowing, I guess I always knew. I saw the signs, I heard the messages that this was an angel bringing a message and leaving, not necessarily staying,” she told Wendy.

A couple of months ago she opened up about how much she misses her every day. “I remember you fondly. I hold onto the moments when you were still safely tucked away within me. I weep for you when the pain enters my bones again. I question and accept many times a day. I hold onto the lessons you taught me. The love you left me with. I miss you daily. Long to hold you once again. I remember you, my sweet. I hold you safely in my heart,” she wrote

May her soul continue to rest in peace.

Ntsiki Mazwai calls out Unathi Nkayi over false GBV accusations

Ntsiki Mazwai calls out Unathi Nkayi over false GBV accusations

Poet and singer Ntsiki Mazwai returned to Twitter after a short break to share her opinion on the sacking of Unathi Nkayi from Kaya 959 and the alleged incident involving Sizwe Dhlomo.

Unathi has reportedly secured a new gig as a TV presenter on Mzansi Magic’s show The Festive Get Together in The Life Artois.

While Twitter’s “cancel culture” has remained mum on the Unathi vs Sizwe controversy, Ntsiki voiced her opinion on the matter, saying what Unathi allegedly did was “an act of malice”.

Cancel culture is quick to call for a celeb to be canceled when allegations of any kind surface, but with Unathi, Mzansi has seemingly remained mum.

Unathi’s silence on her dismissal may have a hand in people being unable to “cancel” her because the former Idols SA judge has not spoken up or released a statement on allegations leveled against her by Sizwe.

In a tweet sparked by the new gig tweets, Ntsiki said “rewarding” Unathi with a job after she “acted out of malice” was a bad move.

“In the GBV climate, we have in SA. A woman is alleged to have lied about someone and almost ended their career and reputation in an act of malice … And you give her a TV show for little girls to know that you can lie about men and be rewarded for your lie? For real?”

The poet said she couldn’t believe Sizwe was saved by recordings, adding she wished he would sue, so Unathi could be dealt with legally.

Read some of Ntsiki’s tweets on the situation below:

Some tweeps praised her for not being a hypocrite, while some replied to her tweet, saying some have done far worse and are still getting gigs.

Gigi Lamayne Attempts Suicide: VIDEO

Gigi Lamayne Attempts Suicide: VIDEO

The drama Gigi Lamayne has been embroiled in proved too much for her to bear with so she took to Instagram Live to vent. While fighting back her tears Gigi spoke about how she has been bullied constantly – not only in the music industry but throughout her entire life.

The latest drama Gigi has been caught up in involved club promoter Inno Morolong who called Gigi all sorts of names you can think of, only because she follows her man on Instagram.

Gigi had decided to sue Inno for R1 million but later backtracked on her quest because she said she is not strong enough to go to court all the time.

The rapper said she has been bullied continuously and she gets to fight these bullies all on her own, as she has no friends.

“Ever since I have stepped into this industry I have been continuously bullied by everyone and everything. My heart breaks continuously because I always have to fight and I fight alone. So I’m sorry guys that I didn’t do what you wanted me to do.

“But I couldn’t fight it, I’m not strong, it hurts because no matter what I do I will be judged. The only person I can trust is my mother who brought me into this world so understand that I am breaking, I’m breaking every single day. This industry has broken me.

Gigi then said everything that has happened to her with the Inno drama broke her because she got reminded of how she would be called ugly ever since her childhood.

“Everything that has happened in the past 2 days has broken me so I’m sorry I couldn’t be strong enough to go through with anything, I couldn’t think of going through a court case every single day, to be reminded of all the names I have been called. I have been called ugly since I was brought into this world.

“I don’t like to play the victim, when you guys see me like this, know that I don’t like to be like this. My whole life I have always been bullied, and I have never bullied anyone.”

Gigi Lamayne trended after Inno attacked her on social media, “I’ve never met this girl but she’s after every man I date. Wtf do you want from me? I even blocked you but you are busy going after me with your struggling rap career. Why did you after my boyfriend? Do you want our drama to start again? “I will finish you, gogo,” she said.

Gigi had been accused of dating every man Inno has ever dated. The nasty words Gigi was referring to were these below:

“Gigi if you want a boxing match I will give you one. Just because you are a sangoma, doesn’t mean everyone is scared of you. I’m still waiting for you to reply … wtf you following my man [for you hungry a*s h**e. My man doesn’t even follow you but wena o busy moghel. I thought you were busy with leftovers.”

“I used to have braces, and you decided to get them now. LOL, what a joke, your lower teeth need veneers, or you can’t afford them? Now there are levels, your braces look childish and dirty.”

“You are dirty Gigi Lamayne. You can travel anywhere you want but you will always be dirty. Look at your knuckles and your nails, you are an untidy girl.”

Ayanda Thabethe Makes Shooocking Revelation

Ayanda Thabethe Makes Shooocking Revelation

Ayanda Thabethe has revealed that she has this thing of praying over every hotel room she sets foot in. This is to chase away the bad spirits that might hover around them.

Not divulging much about why she does this, she only revealed that it makes her feel safe and comforted to wash away any bad spirits with the blood of Jesus and the holy spirit.

What Ayanda calls a weird act actually saw other people admitting to doing similar things, if not more.

“It’s not being weird you are protecting yourself we live in a very satanic world. Keep doing that it’s for your own safety even spiritually,” @MahlaseMG said.

“It’s not weird it should be done every new space you occupy, bad spirits are everywhere by inviting Jesus Christ in the space it’s a guarantee that it will flee,” @sanafelane wrote.

@spiwealubita said water is sufficient to pray over and sprinkle, “I do this all the time. If I don’t have anointing oil I get water and pray for it then sprinkle it around pray then sleep.”

Witchcraft is a thing many people believe to be true and a few celebrities have spoken about it. Skeem Saam actress Makgofe Moagi explained this on her Instagram live.

“When I was growing up I remember, my late uncle n my village – there was that vigilantism thing where we are going after witches. I remember, my uncle picked me and put me on his shoulders at night. Nine O’clock we are leaving our houses. I’m sure Master KG would attest to this if he was here.” She continued.

“The house that we went to was literally on a mountain. So you walk up a mountain a bit. That lady had the main house and she had these rondavels. They were about three or four and when she saw the youth coming she just disappeared into the mountain. They found she had turtles. She had cats but obviously, the cat ran with her. But we never discovered where she disappeared into.”

In another IG live, Makgofe spoke about how she experienced it first hand, “I remember in my case, there was this particular house in Phalaborwa that we moved into. That house had crazy activities. Come nighttime, we knew gore you can’t use the kitchen door to go to the patio. We couldn’t. There was just this funny energy, we couldn’t grow anything in the garden. And it was in the bedroom that we would hear most of the cat, baby cries. It would be coming from under the window and you just knew that it would be a long night when that thing starts crying.” Shared the actress.

She had an experience with a friend as well, “I remember, I had this female friend. And I had this particular skirt. That every time I wear it she’d be like you you love this skirt neh? And I like yah. And that skirt guys, bona, whenever I wear it I’d gained a little bit of weight. Years ago, I loved the way it hugged my curves. And eventually, she decided that she was going to visit me.” Said Makgofe.

See DJ Zinhle’s New Name

See DJ Zinhle’s New Name

DJ Zinhle has shared on her social media that she accidentally got given a new name. These past few days we got introduced to a whole new character called Snova who by the way also changed his entire image to fit the whole Amapinao scene. We can’t help but wonder if DJ Zinhle might take that same route.

DJ Zinhle has shared that at a recent gig they hilariously named her Kairo Jiyane instead of Zinhle Jiyane. The hilarious mix-up is not too surprising because Zinhle’s daughter’s name is Kairo Forbes.

The bond between DJ Zinhle and Kairo is very strong the two have even become business partners. They collaborated on a few campaigns on several occasions and share a bond like no other.

Which kind of takes us back to the sweet message she shared to her baby girl when she reached her very first milestone.

“Doing my best not to cry the whole time. My little girl is 1 today. God is so amazing. Don’t know where to start… Where did the time go? My baby girl, my sweet love, my gift from God… Mama is so proud of you. You saved my life, gave me a reason to live, to face another day, and believe in love. I love you You have taught me so much and looking at you reminds me of how blessed I am. God bless you, my love. You are mama’s hero!” she wrote.

With the addition of Asante into their lives, Kairo was left a bit neglected but Zinhle, being the best mom she is, managed to make sure she does not feel that way at all.
