Uzalo actress Gugu Gumede is pregnant with her first child

The Bible is clear that children are to be looked upon as a blessing, not an inconvenience. They are a reward from God! Truly, children are a gift from God. Did you know that there is a bun in an oven for Gugu Gumede?

Gugulethu Gumede is a South African actress best known for portraying the character of a prophetess, Mamlambo, in the SABC 1’s Zulu soapie; Uzalo. Gugu is not only a talented actress, she is also the daughter of the late South African politician and President of the National Freedom Party; Zanele kaMagwaza-Msibi. Gugu is also a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts; Los Angeles.

This 30-year-old KwaZulu-Natal-born star recently shared a picture of herself on Instagram heavily pregnant in a black stylish dress. The caption of the post is very long; kinda essay. The first paragraph reads: “1 Samuel 1: 27-28 “for this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him”.

When her mother died, she was already pregnant and that gave her enough courage to stand at the podium and gave her late mother a farewell speech. Gugu also mentioned in the caption that this unborn baby is her mother’s prayer. Apparently, she was excited to meet her/him and become a grandmother. Check out the entire caption below:

Almost everyone was complementing and happy about Gugu’s pregnancy. The comments were like this:

“Wow! Congratulations mama”

“This is so beautiful…Congratulations sisi”

“Congratulations Gugu all the best on your pregnancy journey”

“You look beautiful, pregnancy suits you”

According to the media, Gugu is not married, so who do you think might be the father because she has never shared any picture with a boyfriend or lover. She did not even tag the baby daddy on the post, she said nothing about her. The father of the unborn baby is not yet revealed.
