Matriculant Leaves Mzansi Speechless with her Results: She even got a Car From the Government

The Matriculants of 2021 received their results this past week and we have to say most of them did extremely well considering that they were studying through a pandemic where they had to attend 2 to 3 classes a week to avoid being overcrowded in a classroom and sometimes the teachers not coming in due to catching covid. We really have to give it to them for achieving such results.

One particular Matriculant who achieved amazing results is a young lady from Mpumalanga who got 7 distinctions. She also got 100% in mathematics and Physical Science. This young lady is a genius, to say the least.

The department of Education even gifted her with a car just to congratulate her on such results. Her results are better than Size Bongwe the one who is going to Havard University. But it’s surprising that she couldn’t get into the university.

The truth is when it comes to such universities it’s not even about grades if we are being honest. It’s all about who you are, your background, and your connections. That’s why you see only kids from private schools can get into those universities. Kids from Government schools no matter how good they pass will never step into such prestigious universities.

We hope this young lady goes to study abroad nonetheless. There are many good institutions out there that will accept her, especially with those results. She really looks like she has a bright future ahead of her and could be the next doctor, engineer, or even scientist.

She passed matric at 31 years old: despite her family kicking her out for returning to school

She passed matric at 31 years old: despite her family kicking her out for returning to school

NB: The article is a bit long but if one wants to learn about perseverance and determination; it’s worth the read:

Silindile Cele (31); from Mbumbulu; south of Durban; in KwaZulu Natal; passed her matric last year; after a long struggle to finally make it; her story reads like a novel.

Other students laughed at her in school; some of the teachers were younger than her, but she paid them respect and continued to pursue her dream of having matric.

As a sign of respect; students at her school called her MaCele; because they couldn’t use her first name; in a similar way they did to their peers.

Cele returned to school at age 30 after she had last failed matric in 2008; at Mangquzuka High School; in Port Shepstone.

She only passed matric last year at another school called; Mzingezwi Secondary School; at Ndwedwe; northern outskirts of Durban; where she wore a school uniform like all the other students.

Cele had initially failed 2 subjects in 2008; so she tried to upgrade the two subjects in 2009 but failed again. Prompting the decision to return to school full-time. In 2020 she chose to go back to one grade and did Grade 11.

Cele told a local newspaper that her decision to return to school; did not sit well with her family; who felt that she was old enough to get a job, especially after she had a baby.

She tried once more; to go to an EFT College in Umlazi in 2010; after 1 year; she ran out of funds and was forced to quit. Cele has no parents but was living with her maternal aunt in Mbumbulu; who is also unemployed; so it was a struggle.

To pursue her dream of going back to school; she did odd jobs like babysitting and cleaning people’s houses and saved money. In 2017; she used some of her money to get a driver’s license and achieved that.

In 2019; she was on Facebook when she learned that rural schools do take adult people who want to do matric; so she looked for and found a school in rural Empangeni; she bought a second-hand uniform; and found a room to rent; using money she had saved.

She had prepared everything by November 2019; to start in 2020; when she discovered that she was 2 months pregnant.

She was disappointed to discover this new milestone before her; she chose to continue anyway. She went to school for a week; before the school principal kicked out all those who were pregnant except for those who were already in Grade 12.

So she returned home, but she did not give up; she decided to try another school in Ndwedwe; she phoned the school principal and told him; she was 30 and needed to return to school.

The principal agreed and said she must come the following day. When she got to Mzingezwi secondary school at Ndwedwe; she hid her pregnancy; wearing shirts over her skirt and using big jerseys to cover her stomach.

She was lucky; they did not know her; so everyone thought she was fat; she also has a healthy body so it was not noticeable.

The pandemic also helped her a lot because some weeks she did not have to go to school. Even when she delivered her baby it was during one of the off weeks.

Her teachers did not notice anything until she decided to tell them that she had delivered her baby. She opened up about her struggles and the teachers allowed her to dish up lunch at school and also take some with her to eat at home.

She used some of her baby’s grant money to pay rent and then cater for the baby’s needs with the rest; she ate at school but over weekends; she cooked enough porridge for her and the baby.

It has been a long road for Cele, but she finally got her matric; she is currently looking at Nursing Colleges; to study her long-time dream of being a nurse.

With all her determination and perseverance; there is no doubt in my mind that she is going to find a Nursing College. Cele is not one to rest on her laurels; she is a go-getter and the world needs more women like her.

Never give up on your dreams.

Shocking! Matric pupil commit suicide in Chochocho

Shocking! Matric pupil commit suicide in Chochocho

Matric pupil commit suicide chochocho.

One of the classes of 2021pupil has committed suicide a few days after he found out that he failed matric. Samkelo Mashego (19) from Chochocho took his own precious life because he failed or didn’t pass grade 12.

It is believed that after the matric results were published, life was no longer easy for the young man. His father was so disappointed that his son did not make it and he was always shouting and reminding Samkelo that he didn’t pass grade 12.

It was reported that his father was always angry with him and accused his son of finishing food in the house. Samkelo couldn’t any longer bear the pain of disappointing his father and decided to take his own life.

Samkelo was described as quite a wise boy but his sin was to fail matric.

I appeal to parents and society to not pressure those who didn’t make it or make them feel useless around their community. To all matriculants who didn’t make it, it’s not the end of the world. Wake up and try again.

She Passed Away After Writing Matric, Her Results Broke Many People’s Hearts(6 Distinctions)

She Passed Away After Writing Matric, Her Results Broke Many People’s Hearts(6 Distinctions)

Source:

Many individuals have been waiting for this day for a long time. The metric results for the class of 2021 have finally arrived. Some people are content, while others are not. People are happy with their brothers and sisters who made it all over social media. For those who did not perform well, this is a difficult period, but it is not the end of the world. Many people have failed metrics multiple times yet have gone on to become role models because they did not give up.

While everyone was busy rejoicing on social media, a young man sent out a post that made many people cry. He had a sister named Azola Macedo, who completed her matriculation exams in 2021 but died shortly afterward. Today was salt in her family’s wounds, as they awoke to the news that I’m not sure whether to call good or negative. Azola earned a bachelor’s degree after passing her matriculation. In business management, economics, English, life orientation, mathematical literacy, and tourism, she received seven distinctions. She is reported to have died before she could witness the fruits of her labor.

It’s difficult to imagine her family rejoicing with her today and looking forward to a brighter future, but all they can say is, “Rest in peace.” In the photo below, you can see her results:

It was clear that Azola had a promising future ahead of her, but God’s will cannot be reversed. Her family must be going through a lot now. We can only hope she’s smiling and applauding her accomplishments from above. Many people were so upset after seeing this that some even went so far as to suggest that God’s will, can be painful at times. Messages of congratulations and condolences are pouring in for Azola. Take a look at some social media responses below.

This is excruciatingly uncomfortable. We can only imagine how difficult things must be for her family. All we can do is pray for her family’s resilience at this trying time, as well as for her classmates to rejoice in her honor. Failure is the first step toward success for the class of 2021. Sometimes you fail because God is simply testing your confidence in him and in yourself. Return to school and correct your mistakes. Congratulations to everyone who made it this far. Rest in peace, brothers, and sisters, to all those who died before they could see the benefits of their efforts.

Death ‘Strikes’ Again SAns In Shock At Tau’s Death

Although losing a loved one is a really painful event, the agony is usually amplified when someone who is a little younger and in their prime passes away unexpectedly. More so when they have got the World at their feet, and are quite successful in what they do.

South Africans were left in great shock following the passing away of highly-rated City Press journalist, Poloko Tau who reportedly died unexpectedly at his home in the North West province yesterday.

According to City Press, who was informed by his brother, the 41-year old’s tragic death has left the family devastated and with a slew of unanswered questions. In the meantime, the cause of his death remains unknown.

Tau was an embodiment of journalism who was incredibly pensive and wrote thought-provoking stories that elicited necessary discourses in the country, and this left an indelible mark in the hearts of his fellow colleagues and the broader South African society.

Mondli Makhanya, City Press editor, extended his condolences to Tau’s family and waxed lyrical about Tau’s enormous contribution to the organization and the journalism industry. He claimed that the deceased’s manner of life was a complete representation of his profession because he was a “meticulous man who walked his talk.”

Meet a young man born with half a body, a rare condition most people do not understand

Meet a young man born with half a body, a rare condition most people do not understand

Source: https://youtu.be/5qTgZdvA490

Being born different is a challenge to many people. Especially that born way different from what people would expect when they come forward. A young man born with half a body condition spoke out about his condition. He explained that people used to call him names.

More especially those living with him around the village. The majority couldn’t admit I was born like this he said on a video he managed to go for an interview on. My life has been like this, people feel sorry for me even though they knew me from a young age. Now I am old I can’t go around on the streets.

They call me bad names due to my condition he said. It has been a challenge growing up, living with no legs taught me to humble myself before others he said. His mother explained that his father tried to burn her alive. Telling her that none of his family members ever birth to such children. He told me I did that to my child in order for him to leave me.

Winnie Mashaba recently left Mzansi astounded as she showed off her new look like a new mum

Winnie Mashaba recently left Mzansi astounded as she showed off her new look like a new mum

A good mother often called a Good Enough Mom, does her best to: Teach her child how to live life to the fullest. Make time to have fun with her kids. Allow room for her children to make mistakes and learn from them. A good mother also needs to look her best, more especially weeks after welcoming her bundle of joy.

After having children, most women tend to focus more on their children and forget to take good care of themselves. This happens more often but most women these days are changing the native. It’s definitely a good thing to look your best as a new mom. It gives you so much confidence and determination to conquer the world.

Just like Winnie Mashaba who recently left Mzansi astounded as she showed off her recent look like a new mother. Her new look caught a lot of people’s attention as she has also lost some weight. Some women even asked for advice from her, on how she managed to recover so quickly. What do you think of this new mom’s incredible look?

Opinion: You Don’t Want To Be Kelly Khumalo’s Mother Right Now

Opinion: You Don’t Want To Be Kelly Khumalo’s Mother Right Now

Imagine having two children, and hoping for them to be there for each other until death. It is every mother’s desire to have children get along. However, parents give birth to people, and not the hearts. They don’t get to choose how their kids behave and so forth. Imagine being a mother to two kids you love more than anything and having to see them separately because they decided to divorce each other, and don’t want to see each other anymore.

Kelly Khumalo

and her younger sister, Zandile Khumalo who is also believed to be her only sister broke up last year. It has been a year already since the two of them publicly divorced each other. The two are still going on like it is nothing. They both seem to think the other did them wrong.

Last year, Kelly Khumalo and her younger sister, Zandile Khumalo, who is also her only sibling, broke up. It’s been a year since the two of them announced their divorce publicly. The two are still acting as if nothing had happened. They both appear to believe the other is to blame for their problems.

People had hoped that the two had resolved their differences not long ago. This was in response to Zandi’s photos of Kelly’s children hugging her newborn. She did, however, take time to clarify her fans, stating that she and Kelly Khumalo are still at odds, but that whatever they do, they do not involve their children.

Today she took to Instagram and shared a Tweet by Steve Harvey. The tweet said some people isolate to recharge. She disagreed with it and said she isolates for life. This only means there’s no hope in her and her sister ever fixing things.

Did You Notice This About Cassper’s Baby Mama?

Cassper Nyovest is a singer and entrepreneur from South Africa. He’s been in the game for a long time and has done exceptionally well. He’s also doing well in the business world.

Cassper and his girlfriend Thobeka had a child in 2020. The two were rumored to be dating, but they didn’t post about it until after they had a child. There has been a recent occurrence that has piqued people’s interest. They noted that his baby mama didn’t wish him a happy birthday and didn’t even show up to his birthday party.

They also noticed that she wasn’t at his boxing match. There has been a rumor that Cassper’s baby mama was dating Andile Mpisane. Some have dragged the rumor to a point where they staying Cassper’s son might not be actually his, which is why he has never posted the son’s face.

Thobeka has not been posting on her Instagram for a while now. She last posted on her feed on Christmas day. She hasn’t however removed Cassper Nyovest’s pictures from her Instagram account. What could be the reason for her being so quiet on social media?
