Shocking! Tendai Ndoro slowly becoming blind due to illness

As a legend of the beautiful former Orlando Pirates forward Tendai Ndoro might have looked superhuman but as of late he has been struck down by a serious illness.

Tendai Ndoro’s riches to rags to riches story is one of the most tragic in recent times. As of late the 36-year-old is reportedly losing his eyesight because of diabetes which could see him retire from professional football.
Not so long ago images of the frail-looking Tendai Ndoro surfaced when he was spotted training with Division one side Simba Bhora where he hoped to continue playing his football after leaving South Africa. According to emerging reports the illness has affected him and is no longer part of the team.

Simba Bhora’s owner, Simba Ndoro, who is also related to the lethal forward, confirmed that he is being treated for diabetes and has been receiving treatment. In his interview with Newsday Simba is quoted as, ” Tendai is no longer with us but we have been assisting him with medical bills. He was supposed to go through an operation at the weekend. I will have to check how it went on”.

Tendai Ndoro is not the only former Orlando Pirates player who was diagnosed with diabetes as Bernard Lushozi has also suffered from this life-changing illness. Earlier this year the former footballer turned school principal went through a successful eye operation after partially losing his sight on one of his eyes. Fortunately for him, through science and medicine, he is regaining his eyesight.

According to reports Bernard Lushozi also took a leave of absence from his principal duties so he could get this life-changing operation. As of late Mr, Bernard Lushozi is currently recuperating as he has made a number of television appearances as a football pundit after his life-changing eye operation.
