During cross-examination, Madlala admitted that Meyiwa had requested that they watch a game together that weekend. He claimed that Khumalo had sent him money from KwaZulu-Natal to get there.

With witnesses now under stringent pressure, the truth will be revealed soon and the real killers identified so that justice will be served for the untimely death served to Senzo Meyiwa.

Horrific Head-On Crash Kills 17 School Kids In KZN

A lot of parents prefer to take their kids to schools where they will have to use transport to move between their homes and the schools, these days they use vans in many place since they happen to be cheaper and affordable, they forget about their kids’ safety, they only focus on the cheap price forgetting that that are putting their kids’ life on the line and the parent of the 17 learners from KwaZulu-Natal have learnt a lesson the most horrible way anyone could ever think of, this comes after a horrifc head-on collosion between truck and the kid’s transport.

A dark cloud is hanging in KwaZulu-Natal at Pongol on the N2, this comes after at least 17 Kids were reported to have lost their lives following a horrific crash between a scholar transport van and a heavy truck, the accident reportedly happened on Friday afternoon as the kids were heading back home from school, unfortunately they never arrived at the respectively homes, their parents have had to go and identify their bodies instead of welcoming them back from school.

“Truck Accident at pongola N2 (KwaZulu Natal Province) Collision with a van that was carrying children from school earlier this evening. 17 Children are confirmed to be dead now,” reports suggests.

On the pictures, bodies of kids were seen all lying dead on the tar, they were scattered all over the road lifeless the most heartbreaking thing for a human being to see, more especially for someone who is a parent.

It is not yet clear what lead to the horrific crash, but the South African Police Services have opened their investigations and a docet of culpable homocide has been opened, further investigations will determine what really cause the accident.

The department of education has always been discouraging the transport action of learners by any vehicle which is not designer to transport people, but since people are also making ends meet, they keep doing it as it is their only means to make money and be able to provide for their families.

36-year-old woman have been reported missing last week on 08 September. The accident took place in Burgersfort outside village Ga-Mashishi got herself in trouble after she dated a monster man.

A Lady named Conny Sekhukhune was working ad a financial Clerk had a protection order against her boyfriend. Her family could not help but to suspect her boyfriend as the first suspect after seeing that she has been missing for days.

It was reported that Conny Sekhukhune has a protection order against her boyfriend for a period of six months. The family have reported the matter to the police where they went and search the his house.

The Provincial Forensic Crime Scene Management unit was called to conduct forensic analysis and investigations after she was not found in the house but only blood stains on the kitchen.

Conny Sekhukhune’s body was found dumped at the bushes near the road. The police have arrested the taxi driver who was reasonably for transporting Conny’s body from her boyfriend’s house to the bushes. Her boyfriend has also been arrested and they are both facing charges of murder.

Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu is a South African convicted murderer and former policewoman who was convicted in the deaths of six people – her live-in partner and five of her relatives – between 2012 and 2018.

Convicted serial killer Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu was back in court on Thursday, for her two unrelated cases that were posted back on the 7th of July. Ndlozi is currently serving 6 life terms in jail for murder and attempted murder, defeating the ends of justice and fraud.

However the minutes of yesterday’s court haven’t been revealed to the public yet, but Rosemary did make headlines by her appearance and how good she was looking.

As soon as her court case ended, her pictures were revealed on twitter by the reporter, and South Africans went to spot that she was looking so flamboyant and good looking. She didn’t look like she’s a prisoner and she was glowing as well.

Councillors are often murdered and a report which was shared by the ZA News Flash announced yet another assassination. Reports state that a councillor of the ANC in KwaMaphumulo municipality, outside Durban, has just been shot dead.

His name will be withheld for now as it is not clear whether his family has been formally notified or not. This is the third killing of a councillor in KZN in two weeks.

The behavior of the ANC cadres is making many resent politics as joining such organizations and taking leadership positions would surely make it seem as if you have signed a death wish.

Statistics will show that if you still want to live for the next 20-40yrs,you will need to think twice before taking up any senior role in municipalities.

The comrades act in a heartless manner and kill each other for fun. It has been noted that those in the local government or councillor, mayoral, municipal manager positions are being the prime targets.

People are worried about Jub Jub’s safety. This after Uyajola 99 viewers were left worried about his safety on Sunday’s episode, 11 September.

Jub Jub and his crew had to run for their lives after they heard a few gunshots in the air. This while Jub Jub and the crew were chasing cheaters on set.

The rapper and TV personality, whose real name is Molemo Maarohanye, had to run to their cars when this happened during the second episode that aired on Sunday MojaLove channel 157 at 9:30pm.

Fans were shocked that Jub Jub had to risk his life to shoot their episode at a certain hostel in Gauteng.

Chicco Twala offered Kelly Khumalo a holiday after Senzo Meyiwa was killed: Witness spills more beans

The Pretoria High Court heard how Kelly Khumalo was allegedly offered a holiday by musician Chicco Twala after Senzo Meyiwa was killed.

Meyiwa’s close friend Tumelo Madlala was on the witness stand for a second day.

He was one of the people who were present at Khumalo’s home when Meyiwa was shot.

The other people who were in the house were Khumalo’s sister Zandile, their mother Gladness, Chicco’s son Longwe Twala, Mthoko Twala and Madlala.

Meyiwa was shot and killed in what the state believes was a robbery in Vosloorus in 2014.

Madlala told the court that after returning to the Khumalo home from the Botshelong Hospital where Meyiwa was declared dead, they were escorted by police to an apartment in Mulbarton where Meyiwa and Kelly lived.

He said shortly after they arrived early in the morning, police also arrived but Khumalo refused them entry telling those who were in the house to switch off the lights to prevent the officers from seeing through the blinds.

“After the electricity was switched off, I don’t know who Kelly called but I think a certain order then came out and they just left,” he said..

Madlala said a few days later, Chicco who is Longwe’s father, arrived at the Mulbarton home.

“I heard him speak to Kelly asking her if she didn’t want to go overseas for a holiday,” he added.

The defence asked the State whether Twala and Khumalo would be called to testify.

The State did not confirm but has asked that Madlala’s version be accepted provisionally as hearsay evidence.

There was a dramatic turn in court after Madlala said that one of the intruders was present in the courtroom.

This is what was said when State advocate George Baloyi asked if Madlala could identify the first intruder who entered the Khumalo home on the night Meyiwa was killed.

“I was even prepared to say it yesterday, hence I requested the break because it annoyed me being in the same room as that person,” Madlala said.

But the defence vehemently opposed this, saying this was procedurally incorrect.

Advocate Zandile Mshololo said: “We want to know which person is being identified in the description.”

The defence argued that the accused were not part of the identification parade that Madlala attended.

The State has shared its heads of argument with the defence, which were set to be argued on Thursday.
