My mother is doing her best to drive me into committing suicide : graduate cries out

Almost every family has someone who serves as the family’s leader, someone who most people look up to. A person like that becomes naturally motivated to do well and be a good example to those who look up to them.

Imagine becoming the only graduate at home, and then facing the difficulties of finding a job. You find yourself depending on your parents even though you have been telling yourself that after graduating, you will be the provider of the house.

The saddest part is that it’s not every parent that can accept taking care of his or her child even after graduating, and that might cause depression in a child.

I am writing this article based on the thread that I saw on Twitter today. A man called Qhawe feels like his mother’s behavior is slowly pushing him to commit suicide.

Chawla is a graduate at home, but he is yet to find employment. He still depends on his mother and wants her to continue taking care of his younger siblings, but she is no longer the kind of person that she was before.

He says the reason his younger brother is no longer getting enough support from their mother is because she is trying to get to him.

Qhawe went on and explained that his brother lost his school jersey while he was doing grade 2. He is now in grade 7, but still without a jersey because his mother is punishing him.

When told to try and stay strong for his brother and himself, Qhawe said it was not possible to do so. He says he can’t even buy anything for himself without feeling guilty.

He told people to know that if he dies, it will be because anxiety has won the battle against his patience.

He also revealed that he doesn’t even know how his siblings can go to school without having anything to eat. He also disclosed that he did not even know his mother’s whereabouts when he made the post on Twitter.

I think the best solution is for him to do the best he can to get a job so that he can provide for his siblings. His mother might be hiding things that she is currently dealing with psychologically, and taking his life away might make things worse for her, which will in turn make things even worse for his siblings.

Solomon Mahlangu’s family reopened the murder case of Solomon Mahlangu after so many years

Solomon Mahlangu’s family reopened the murder case of Solomon Mahlangu after so many years

Solomon Kalushi Mahlangu was murdered a long time ago by the apartheid government for his undying spirit of fighting for what he believed was right for his country as a whole. They hanged him in his cell in person after he was arrested. His death left many people devastated and his family still has unanswered questions

The Mahlangu family reopened the case because they believe that there is a lot that was not told, to them and the country as a whole. Today as they were remembering him in Pretoria they announced that they will open the case once again, they expressed that after all they need closure and we all do in situations like these.

Someone’s death should not be ignored or kept under the carpet, truth needs to be revealed so that people who had a hand in all that evil-doing can be punished if they are still alive.

It is a good thing that his family is looking for justice for one of their own. Justice must be served they say, no one is above the law.

SK Khoza reacts to his viral video

Former The Queen actor Sthembiso ‘SK ’Khoza, has reacted to his viral video, in which he was filmed having an altercation with a white man, in what looks like a restaurant or hotel.

In the video, Khoza can be heard hurling insults at a white man and many people are concerned about his behavior. While it is unclear exactly when the video was shot, he can be heard even body shaming the man and asking if he knows who he is.

Another man attempts to calm the situation, but SK is not having it. He is seen trying to fight off the white man. Social media users have weighed in on the video and they think the actor needs help. Others are speculating that he might have been drunk, high, or stressed.

While others even blame the cancel culture for his lunatic behavior.

Taking to his Instagram stories, SK penned an emotional message in which he said “Maybe some of us were meant to live and be great another lifetime and this one is just not for us.”

Instagram Screenshot

Sthembiso was recently accused of abuse and the allegations were brought to light by his ex-fiancée Ayanda Hlongwane. Sunday World reported that Ayanda had filed charges against SK after the latter allegedly assaulted her at her home, injuring Hlongwane ‘by beating, kicking and dragging her.’

The actor was allegedly arrested on October 13 and appeared at the Randburg magistrate court where he received bail of R2000. She charged him with assault with ‘intent to cause grievous bodily harm.’

SK Khoza was fired as a result of these allegations by The Queen team. This follows after several social media users called for the actor to be canceled. The Ferguson Films announced his departure from the show and wished him all the best in his future endeavors.

“We would like to wish Sthembiso Sk Khoza all the best for the future as he exits #TheQueenMzansi. You have been a hardworking individual from the day you walked onto our set. We have no doubt that you will carry on winning and working harder! Until next time!”

A couple of months prior to this drama. Khoza poured out his heart on social media over abusing Hlongwane emotionally, “Keeping things that break your spirit and hurt you inside is not always a good thing. I have come to realize that I have done so and I ended up not realizing that I was taking it out on my fiancé @Ayearndar whenever I do talk about what is affecting me I would not address it in a calm manner, and in turn, I didn’t see that I was hurting her and in a way, I was being emotionally abusive towards her.

“She has made me understand that just because I don’t physically abuse her, I was doing so with my words and I want to speak out and say I am sorry I didn’t address my problems and allowed them to overpower me. Emotional abuse is really not good, especially because it breaks the other person in a serious way. I am now working on myself and I am committed to opening up, communicating more, and talking about the things that affect me. I am working on being a better person and partner,” wrote SK.

Daily Sun confirmed that the two are dating – they’ve been together for some years but chose to keep their relationship away from the public eye. Only their close friends and family knew about their love.

This comes just days after most South Africans found out about Maumela’s hidden talent – she is a very good rapper and singer. A video of her singing one of her songs, I Believe has been widely shared by social media users.

“Aside from you is something like a dynamite, whatever you touch is going to come to light,” she sang.

While most people were surprised by her skills, some were not that impressed with her skills.

Speaking about high-profile relationships, television and radio personality Dineo Ranaka revealed that her third baby daddy abused her.

“The third baby daddy chose me and then I eventually chose him after I didn’t want to choose him and then we became such good friends. We enjoyed each other’s company, and we became good friends,” shared Dineo.

In the tell-all interview with Mac G, Dineo Ranaka revealed that she ended their relationship because of the abuse.

“If that guy didn’t hit me in my marriage, then we would still be on good terms. I had my three-month-old baby in my arms the last time he hit me and I was like no, this is not how it’s going to go down. Not me who doesn’t submit to bull….

“He was like I always say that in interviews because I’m trying to prove to people and I was like no, I actually don’t say those things in interviews because I’m trying to prove to people that I’m a unique type of woman. Really, I don’t submit to bull, and hitting me is bull and I’m not going to submit and we got divorced. I’m not even lying about it.

The Metro DJ encouraged victims of abuse to speak out.

“They try and threaten you to silence you. If anyone is in an abusive relationship don’t take those threats to heart. Speak about your pain, speak about your experience, talk about it, and make the abuser smaller and smaller and smaller in the capacity of how they think they are a big monster. Abusive people tend to threaten you and they have a tendency to want you to shut up about your story,” she warns about abusive men.

Dineo also revealed that she is proud of herself for finding the strength to leave while she still had time.

“I’m going to talk about my story and I’m going to talk about how I was beaten up in my marriage and I’m proud that I didn’t waste years of my life serving a man who’s not worthy of my service because when I serve, I serve my boy and he knows it,” she said in part.

EFF to honor Winnie Madikizela Mandela on her anniversary of death

EFF to honor Winnie Madikizela Mandela on her anniversary of death

Today, the 02 of April marks four years since ANC veteran and stalwart, Winnie Madikizela Mandela passed on.

It was exactly on this day in 2018 when the nation heard of such sad news and the dark cloud that hung over our nation, losing such a pillar.

To remember her, various activities have been done by the ANC and the EFF.

The ANC, earlier this morning had a wreath-laying ceremony at the cemetery where Madikizela Mandela was laid to rest, led by ANC Treasurer General, Paul Mashatile.

On the other hand, the EFF observed the fourth anniversary by praising the efforts that this struggle icon made against the apartheid regime and paving the way for former and current activists who believe in the freedom of black people.

In a statement that the EFF issued, they stated that Mama Winnie remained with our people and raised her fist high through the hail of bullets and intimidation. It will also be remembered that last year in her birthday, the EFF renamed their headquarters Winnie Mandela House.

Now, the EFF has pledged to name a state of the Arts school Winnie Mandela Combined School.
