There has been a recent rise in the cash in transit heist in the past months and this is something that the police are looking into, and we know this because of the recent statistics which were told to the public.

Where we discovered that a lot of murders are occurring more than in the previous financial quarter, where the minister of police told us about the number of people who died at the hands of criminals and other types of criminal activities.

The incident was quite gruesome because the gunfire went on forever with the neighbors of the suspects taking cover behind their huge walls and waiting for the police to end the shootout, some of the suspects surrendered and it is believed that 8 managed to get away including two police officers who were basically corrupt and working with criminals.

My 10 Years Old Daughter Was Raped By Someone We Know || Lady Cries After This Happened

Rape is one of the biggest problems being faced by women all over the world. It’s sad to see women living in fear every day wondering what could happen to them. Men are supposed to protect us not to be the ones who pose a threat in our lives. Another woman on social media left people in tears after she revealed the experience that he had. She revealed that in 2006 she was raped by a stranger. That must have been the most painful thing to go through in life. One can never be ready for such an experience.

As if that’s not enough her daughter got raped by someone that they knew. Her ten years old daughter got raped by someone that they trusted a lot. It sounds so unreal as we wonder what made the person see a woman in such a young and innocent child. You get to wonder if there are problems with men as they do not hesitate to force themselves on young children. Now the mother feels like she failed her daughter as she got abused at such a young age. She also revealed that this traumatized the young girl.

This might impact badly on her life as she grows up due to the trauma. It’s sad to see men always forcing themselves on women and some end being killed. We have lost so many people in the hands of abusive men who are cruel and heartless. It breaks our hearts to see nothing being done as women continue to be abused. Almost every day cases of rape get to be reported and the police keep on failing women. Yes, they get sent to jail but later come out and continue with their actions.

Opinion: It’s time the country implements a death penalty punishment for everyone who gets caught doing such acts. Maybe it will send a strong message to all men. Sending them to jail is clearly not enough as they continue to harm women by forcing themselves on them. What is your take on this matter? Eastern Cape mum thought 10-year-old daughter had a stomach bug only to realize she had been raped

An Eastern Cape mother’s worst fears were confirmed after she discovered that her daughter aged 10 had been raped multiple times.

At first, she thought the little girl had a stomach bug but after further investigations, reality sunk in.

She found out that her daughter had been raped multiple times and was keeping it a secret.

Making matters worse, one of the Plettenberg Bay child’s alleged rapists is known to the family — and is still roaming the streets, adding to their torment.

The mother, whose name is being withheld to protect the identity of her daughter, said when the child had a temperature spike and started violently throwing up on February 6, she decided to take her to the hospital.

“I asked her to take a quick bath so she would be ready to go when the ambulance arrived.

“However, she said it was too painful to wash her private parts.

“I didn’t quite understand what she meant by that so I asked her when she had [last urinated] and she said earlier that day.

“I told her to try to go to the toilet, but she was crying from the pain,” the distraught mother said.

Alarmed and dreading the result, the mother inspected her daughter’s private parts and discovered she had sores.

“When I asked her what had happened, she cried and said she didn’t know.

“She generally doesn’t open up to me, so I called a friend of mine who usually gets through to her,” she said.

The 10-year-old eventually said she had been raped by a teenager who lives in the same street and a man she did not recognize.

The woman said the incident must have happened when she went home to the Eastern Cape on December 24 and left her three children with their father until January 20.

According to what the girl relayed to her family, the teenager had arrived at their house one December evening and knocked on the door, pretending to be one of her friends.

When she opened the door he and an older man allegedly pushed it open and forced themselves inside the house.

“She said they had arrived while she was eating and it is believed they put something in her food.

“Afterwards, she said, she had felt drowsy but had been aware of everything they were doing to her.”

She said they had both raped her and left.

On the second night, the two allegedly started throwing stones at the window and banging on the door, forcing the 10-year-old to open up.

They allegedly raped her again.

“When I asked her why she had opened for them the second night, she said she had been scared the stones would break the window and she would then have to explain to her father what had happened,” the mother said.

Looking back, she said, she had noticed a change in her daughter’s behavior when she returned from the Eastern Cape last month.

However, she never expected that she had been sexually violated.

It is believed that taxi operators are preventing parents from either delivering of picking up their children in the afternoon. They want everyone who is entering or exiting the university to use their transportation. One parent who did not agree with that said the taxi owners do not want that because there are taxis outside the university. They said that they are losing business because the parents are transporting their children. They further said that business is so slow and that they stand the whole day outside the university with no sign of students using taxis. At the end of the day, they leave with nothing because business is not moving. So they further decided to strike and burn things down at the gate of the university.

JubJub is a South African presenter, and musician. Ever since he came out of prison, he has been more focused on his presenting gigs which play on Mojalove. The channel was the only one that gave him a chance at doing what he loves again.

He has revealed that he knocked on to see several doors when he came out of prison, but nobody was willing to work with a “jailbird.” Nobody wanted to touch him, and he said even some musicians didn’t want to work with him. According to him, there are so many people who turned him down when he was at his lowest.

People haven’t seen JubJub on their screens for so long. The last time he appeared on the screens was during his interview with MacG on the podcast and chill. Ever since the interview, nothing has gone well. He also hasn’t even posted any pictures of what he gets up to anymore. The interview happened in 2021 towards the end of the year.

He was asked about his relationship with Amanda during the interview, and he spoke about their intimate relationship. Amanda Dupont recorded a video of herself telling the world how JubJub would force himself on her, and also that she even tried opening a case. JubJub denied the allegations, with his mother stepping in to assist him too.

It has now been revealed that JubJub has admitted to forcing himself on Amanda and that she has laid charges with the police. Will he bounce back from this? Is this the end of his career?

Son allegedly kills mother then dies in an accident

A 26-year-old Eastern Cape man allegedly bludgeoned his 72-year-old mother to death in the early hours of Monday 21 February 2022 in Mondile street, Kwanobuhle.

It is alleged that around 02:00 am, the woman was sleeping in the leaving room of her deceased daughter when her son entered the room, it is when was an argument between the two that led to the son assaulting his mother repeatedly with a hammer.

Family members of the woman went to the police station and reported the incident and a murder docket was opened.

While police officers were at the scene they received a complaint of culpable homicide at the Kwanobuhle main road where it was alleged that a polo driver knocked a person.

Remember the woman who once hit the headlines after she poisoned her four children in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga?

Attorney Zehir Omar, who practices from Springs in Gauteng, believes that Maditla was subjected to a wrong legal test in her gripping trial.

The State should not have just looked into Maditla’s fitness to stand trial, but it should have enquired whether she understood between right and wrong when she administered rat poison to the children, Omar argues in court papers.

Maditla also ate the poisoned food, aiming to die along with her 11-month old Ethan, Minenhle, 8, Blessing, 7, and Shaniqua, 3 at her rented room in Klarinet, eMalahleni, in December 2018.

Judge Sheila Mphahlele sentenced Maditla to four life imprisonment terms two years ago. The trial sat at the Middelburg division of the Mpumalanga High Court.

Omar has brought a leave to appeal application at the same division.

Mandela’s trial proceeded after she was declared fit to stand trial. But this test says nothing about an accused person’s mental state at the time of their act, Omar argues.

“In a nutshell, the test for criminal capacity is different to whether an accused is fit to stand trial,” Omar said.

“It is submitted that the State, alternatively the court, ought to have asked for a clinical psychologist report for examination of the accused to determine whether (she) was able to distinguish between right and wrong, alternatively, act in accordance with the appreciation of right and wrong at the time she administered poison to her children and herself.”

Mandela’s mental state at the time of poisoning the children came under the spotlight during the trial.

She testified that she had a fight with the father of two of her children after she found him with a new girlfriend at his parental home.

Maditla told the court that she had gone to his home because he had promised to buy food and clothes for the children; she could not reach him over the phone.

She saw someone selling rat poison while boarding a taxi and decided there and then to buy it, Maditla testified.

Asked by her Legal Aid advocate why she thought of killing herself and the children, she replied: “I do not know where that thought came from.”

She also added: “I cannot explain what was going through my head.”

Omar submitted that Maditla’s responses were “indicative of a mindset that was unable to establish between right and wrong at the time that the poison was administered”.

“It is respectfully submitted that the failure of the court to conduct the examination about whether the accused was able to distinguish between right and wrong and act in accordance with such distinction at the time she administered poison to herself and her children amounted to a misdirection,” Omar said. Hearing of the application will proceed tomorrow at the Middelburg division.

Breaking News: Rossettenville SAPS killed 8 foreigners who were planning CIT heist in a shootout

The gang was made up of about 25 gunmen from KwaZulu-Natal, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, Cele said.

During a violent shooting event near the South Rand Hospital in Johannesburg on Monday afternoon, two Netcare911 helicopters were summoned. “Two helicopters were activated for two patients with gunshot wounds to be flown to Union hospital [near] the South Rand hospital,” Netcare911 spokeswoman Shawn Herbst told News24 on Monday.

As Gauteng Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Elias Mawela and top brass leadership arrived on the scene minutes ago, more gunshots rang out near the South Rand Hospital at 18:00. Police officers are thought to have been clearing the area of suspects.

Since last week, SAPS has been tracking the group’s travels, according to provincial police commissioner Lieutenant-General Elias Mawela. “They didn’t commit their crime last week, so today they decided to commit their crime, but our teams were right following them, and when they realized the cops were approaching, they rushed to their safe house, which is when our highly trained team intervened.”

The crew was preparing a cash-in-transit crime, according to Mawela, but were stopped by a highly-skilled SAPS unit. “They were watching the money and were about to strike it, but our guys advised prevention is better than cure.”

Before “anybody did anything to them,” Cele claims the suspects shot and injured a helicopter pilot. The majority of the firearms utilized in today’s shootout were AK47s. The recovered vehicles include hijacked and high-powered autos. Cele said that four police officers were shot and injured, two of whom were taken to the hospital.

Check your family and friends. This horrific accident just happened a few minutes ago(this Sunday afternoon) on the way to Pretoria. The accident involves an Eldo Coaches bus and a light vehicle. Judging from the video clips of the horrific accident currently circulating on Twitter, the bus crashed into the vehicle which burst into the flames as a result of the impact. The accident took place on the N14 (Ben Schoeman Freeway) South of Eufees road. Passers-by have stopped by the road but there’s nothing they can do to assist the driver of the car who is trapped inside the burning car. People are screaming and sympathizing with the trapped driver as they wait for emergency services. It is such a terrible sight!

The accident scene is the exact spot where 17 passengers escaped a bus accident with minor to serious injuries just three days ago. The victims were transported to Kalafong, Pretoria West, and Unitas Hospitals.

Meanwhile, there have been some serious concerns about Eldo Coaches. Less than three months ago, one person died and 59 people were injured after a bus belonging to Eldo Coaches veered off the road and crashed on the R56 in Umkomaas Valley near Ixopo. AFTER another bus crash involving Eldo Coaches, a call has been made for increased vigilance and oversight regarding road safety. IFP spokesperson MP Mkhuleko Hlengwa said this should involve regular vehicle roadworthiness checks, drivers being limited to eight-hour driving stints, and drivers undergoing sobriety tests before each trip.

Many reviews about Eldo Coaches are negative and a call for concern. If it’s not bad service, it’s the bad state of busses or clueless drivers. “Good people if you are going to travel long distances don’t take Eldo Coaches. Their services are very poor and their busses need service. We’ve been stuck here since 01:00 am and now it’s 08:00 am without any help,” a passenger complained on Twitter.

RIP! 18-Year-Old Was Shot 3 Times By His Step Father Because Of This

A young man aged 18 years old was shot and killed by his stepfather in Lesotho Ha Leqele, it was revealed that the father shot the young man 3 times with an intent to kill him because the stepfather said that the kid was going to the gym too much & was starting to be more masculine than him.

Clearly the stepfather can be categorized as someone who is insecure about his situation because this young man was doing something positive with his life and trying to dedicate his time towards things that are constructive, but the father was in no state of mind which is positive and this is where things ended.

That’s the reason he was killed, simply because he went to the gym and gained some muscles. Many people presume that the stepfather disliked the young man and was harboring ill intentions for him, probably because he did not father him.

The Step Father’s family applied for bail and people presume that they are endorsing his bad behavior this is a horrible thing that many people are truly against because this only displays true hatred for another human being, it is unclear what the biological father has made out of this.

The incident has shocked the community and they do not know what to make of this because it truly changes everything about the circumstances of this family, what will the mother make of this tragedy at the hands of someone she thought that she could trust in her life only to take her first child away from her.

This is something that is truly disturbing for the citizens of this country because they are in a situation where they are witnessing murders and horrible things on a daily basis because the law enforcers of this country are overwhelmed by the work, it is truly tragic that there are such things which are happening.
